Worst experience in my life. I was in U haul center at 9 pm in princes street and trying to pick mu truck. The access code for the lock key not able to open. The heavy winter storm and the lock is stucked. When I called custoemer care executive and the call duration around 2 hrs. Due to the climate the lock not abale to open. Then executive guided to another location, the same problem. In between I paid for that. Then they cancelled my trip. And J retun back to home, i bring my friend. He used his full strength and opend the key. And after we return after 1 hrs. Here because if poor lovk system i get irritated, i wasted my 2 hrs and 30 mints time. I went another location wasted my petrol. Then the manager offered 50 $ due to the above mentioned in convenience. But today they said manager not approved the 50$. Here am wondering about the stuoid service from U haul. And making my day worst. I will never recommend this company and the fable promises

The service was excellent staff when above the standard in the service industry.
Stephen Khave a look at your overall rental vehicles, Canada is not Arizona, we get snow, ice, vehicles require at a bare minimum winter wiper blades, snow tires and a snow brush. The washer fluid used is cheapest crap on marker, I totally get it $19.95 daily rental for vehicle very economical, however your insurance fees and .89 per kilometer then the vehicles should be ready for the weather. Customer should not be cleaning off vehicles, especially when ordered and not a walk in. I would rather pay $30 daily rental and get a free number of km's (50), customer is already on hook for fuel.
Peter HI used the online reservation and chose to pick up with the app. I called the day before just to verify everything was in order and to double check on how I pick up the truck seeing as this would be during closed hours. The man I spoke with was quite short and rude. The process of using the app was ok. Took more time than expected. The woman who called the person to verify I was taking the truck was also extremely rude and just hung up once they said yes, I am using the truck. Dropping the truck back off was fine. Truck was clean and worked well. Would use it again, but was put off by the customer service.
Chelsea GThe service was great but the truck was not ready for us to take. The license plate was blocked by a large buildup of snow/ice, the back door was frozen shut, and the back steps had snow and ice built up on them too. We were able to clear the plate and get the door open on our own using our own snow brush but we weren’t able to get the steps cleaned so they were just unsafe for us to use while moving.
