The truck was covered in snow and there was no brush to get it off. I’m not one to complain about removing snow (I’m a new englander) but it was very dangerous getting on the highway for the people behind me because there was 6” of snow on the roof of the truck blowing off. Had I passed a police officer I would have been pulled over.

anthony gThe location was not open when during stated hours and equipment was not available. We had to call customer service and needed to switch to a smaller truck. That meant that we needed to take more trips and put on more miles than anticipated.

Renato CThe location was adequate, however the electronic experience via the app was awful. Luckily attendants at the location were able to help me so I could bypass most the app's requirements. I needed and preferred to handle the exchange with no contact today however after my experience I will never choose that option again, if I ever ever choose to use Uhaul again.
