Cab had a pretty strong stale cigarette odor, despite having less than 1000 miles on the vehicle. Maybe give the cab/seats a shot of Fabreze if the odor is strong. Owner/rep very personable and efficient. Will use this location again when rental needs arise.

I don't think it was this location's fault, but they did not have the auto transport that was part of my reservation. Instead, we had to schedule with a different location to pick up the auto transport. I was not notified ahead of time of this change.

It's out of the way. Again, I chose a drop off location online. When I confirmed, I chose this location again--why do you have to completely replicate the reservation experience when you confirm? But, when I picked up the van in Ferndale, the original drop off location was not offered and I had to go out of my way to get to a different one. Overall, your local people are great--your online reservation system is totally worthless. If I never have to use it again, I will be a much happier person.

I tried to avoid using this location, but my reservation somehow got switched here and my reservation time-frame also changed from 5pm to 3pm. I was worried about the rental time since I had made previous arrangements for help that might not allow me to get the trailer back at 3pm. I let Maryanne know this when I picked up the trailer and she said I could just keep it another day if needed, but I would be charged for another day. The next day when I called to let her know that because of traffic I might not get the trailer back until a little after 3pm, I was told I would be charged another whole day even if I was 15 minutest after 3pm, plus I had to have it back by 9am the next day, not 3pm. I asked why I would be charged a whole day but not be able to keep it for the paid 24 hours she said it was because the trailer was reserved at 9am. I then asked to please just give me a little grace period and that I would have it back just a little after 3 and then was told that was unacceptable, I would be charged a whole day and $5 cleaning fee. Talk about crummy customer service. I felt under extreme pressure to get it back by 3 for no reason especially since the location is open until 5pm and clearly the next reservation for the trailer was at 9am the next day? I saw the bad reviews for this location online and will NEVER go back here! I highly suggest looking at this location closer and review their customer service. Maryanne was even rude to 2 other customers when I came back to get my receipt. One guy just wanted to look at the truck he was renting and she was mean to him for asking. I don't know what her problem is, but she is very rude, won't make eye contact, and overall is just a very unpleasant woman, not someone who should be working customer service.

Work on scheduling and communication. Pick up location was changed just 24 hours before I was scheduled to pick up (big wrench in my plans). Then, I was supposed to have the truck until noon the next day, but got a call at 9:30am telling me the truck was late. On top of that, staff at both locations failed to communicate drop off times effectively or professionally and I was THREATENED with an extra days charge if I didn't return it within 15 minutes of that phone call. Not happy and will not be using Uhaul again.

I was told by the call center that I could keep the van as long as I wanted up to 24 hours? And then when I got there they told me that I needed to have it back within four hours. They were also very unfriendly. More than anything, I was very upset by all the extra charges and I feel like that's on U-Haul corporate and the way it's marketed. The vans are marketed it $19.99 per day, and I ended up spending over $64. Very unhappy and will be looking at other options in the future.

Really friendly place, I remember that I told the nice lady who works here to call me if the vehicle I was going to pick up would come early so that I can pick up earlier than my time was schedule. I thought they weren't going to remember or maybe not care, but I was surprised they did. Little detail, big appearance. Also the man who works at this location is really friendly, clear on directions and very helpful.

The people outside yelled at us to not park there even though we parked next to other trucks. Their truck blocked the drop off key site and everything was poorly located and marked.

Friendlier service would be nice. Both times I have used this location the service was very flat. The outside person was very cheery and helpful. On the reservation side I had to do everything over onsite even though I filled in all information online and even did the express check-in which the site said cuts the wait time in half. The office should not have to type it all in again. From a basic service level everything was fine and convenient.

We are constantly charged for extra days, we will discontinue with U-Haul rentals within 6 months and by our own truck you have no frequent renter discounts we are spending between $500.00 and $1000.00 a month to bad if you treat all your frequent renters like us.
