Neither employee was wearing a mask or adhering to any safety regulations. They were unprepared, and it took a long time for the trailer to be hooked up because the employee was unprepared. Upon returning the rental, no one was there. I was glad that I would not have to interact with anyone who was not being safe, but I still wanted to make sure everything was fine to drop it back off.

Employee at the location gave me the key and told me I was good to leave the parking lot in the truck, and then called 30 minutes later and told me I needed to bring the truck out because it was not checked out properly.

Be specific where to drop off the trailer as it needs to go in a lot across the street from the facility. The owner was very helpful in backing my trailer after I pulled into the wrong lot.

There was no personal instruction or inspection of the truck. It would have been nice to have someone provide a brief review of it and show me that the items I ordered had been put inside the truck.

I found the staff friendly and the truck clean. Although the selection of 10 foot trucks was limited. Probably due to the convenient location but small lot.
