The pick up location was was fine, the owner was very helpful. My complaint is this was the third location, and furthest from where my move began. Reserved online from a Uhaul location two blocks from the apartment, was contacted about an hour later by Uhaul advising that truck was not available and to pick up from second location .8 miles away...no problem. Later that same evening, received a call from the final pick up location and it was further away yet...after dropping $416.00, I was starting to get frustrated, but it worked. Final complaint is that the truck was not equipped with cruise control, which after driving it 450 miles+, that WILL be a consideration if I ever have to do this again. Bottom line, this truck and equipment made this move go more smoothly than I had anticipated.

he never checked truck accept gas level, never swept out, never c checked cab ( in fact, left over lock from previous renter in cab ), never did walk around truck for visual, not a good u haul rep at all

Person had to come up from somewhere else with our contract. Also the front straps on the trailer were not long enough. The man had us to let the air out of one of our tires to get the strap to fit and the strap on the other side come off on 2 separate occasions. We had to reinforce with additional straps.

used 3 times had qoute for price when picked truck up the price was alot higher than qouate.would not honer qoute 3 diffrent times

The network was down. No discount was offered. It cost me an extra day. Then the reservation drop off was wrong. Other companies were mileage free with a one way rental. Not happy with this rental.

Severe safety issues on truck. Lack of maintenance is clear.
They were very nice, but unorganized and it took almost an hour to do contract. Didn't really know what they were doing. Trailer door was off track (we didn't check it before leaving), took 1/2 hour to fix it. Was told we could drop off anywhere, they couldn't pull location up near our house, so just call and tell them where. when I called Uhaul, they told me I would have to pay extra unless I took it to the dropoff they wanted me to which was almost an hour from my house.
