I had to clean inside of truck. The outside was filthy as well. The gas amount was off and app would not let me change or add photos of the filth. I had to walk down the dirt road to obtain the truck after leaving the office. No ride from the manager on the cart used as transportation around storage facility. It was hot and I am older in age. For the amount I paid the service should have been much better. I am a regular customer and this by far has been my WORST experience. The truck was not running well at all for a one way rental crossing several states. I'm very disappointed in Uhaul's service from this location.JoeAnn W.

they refused to assist with hooking up the trailer, not even to check the lights. when I called the company to complain, they made me take the trailer, (that i hooked up by myself) to another uhaul location to have it checked to be sure it was hooked up correctly, and I had to remind her to check the lights! then to make matters worse, they granted me a whole $50 refund, compensation for the time involved in taking it to another location even though I was already running late.Bobbi P.
The IStorage attendant Richard was very helpful both before the rental with providing all information, and the day of rental pickup. Also the U-Haul phone attendants were helpful and courteous. The cargo trailer brake and turn signal lights were working but not all the other running/parking lights around trailer. I checked one of the wire connection to find it not connecting well enough, but with some electrical tape, was able to get the lights working.Stephen H.

The equipment was clean. The brake lights and indicating lights worked. The running lights were all out. This was not an negative for this location. Whoever rented before may jot have reported the issue. The guys were friendly and helpful. Printed a list of locations for my destination where I could return the trailer.Marguerite H.

The location is down off the road and there was little space to maneuver and turn around with the trailer. the employee took his own sweet time coming out to greet me, and by the time he did come out, I had spent a good bit of time trying to turn around with the trailer attached and park it, then when he came out he just said to "leave it where it is." The two young men operating the facility did not even offer to help attach the trailer. When I arrived at the trailer the electrical plug was lying in the mud, caked with dirt. I had to clean the plug first before I could connect it to my truck. Fortunately, I am a fit 65-year-old and could lift the trailer to connect it to my truck. You need to retrain these employees on customer service...because they were never taught any!Carl P.
Have a back up for lunch time if agents don't talk to or help customers during their lunch. OR if you can only afford one employee put a lunch time sign up telling customers to drop keys in the drop off box, we'll call you if there are any issues otherwise just look for an email receipt from us. If you need to speak with someone we'll be back (put the time when the lunch break is over). Just my opinion of how you could provide better customer service.Tisch J.
