Very friendly staff
Online pickup is horrible. App wouldn't upload pictures. It kept freezing up. Had to go inside and get the truck in person. Such a wasted morning.
The drop-off was very quick easy and stress free.
Sanitize each truck clean the inside of each truck make sure that no roaches or bugs are inside of the truck that's the problem I had I spent an hour and a half cleaning and sanitizing the back of the truck i rented plus i got over charged for a dolly that wasn't even in the truck i had to use my own dolly to move my furniture i even talk to customer services a young lady name Jennifer told her what was going and I still got double charged I use rented the truck on July 9th I turned it back in on july 9th after I was granted an extension to 9am the next morning I turned it back on the 9th when I got my bill it says turned in on July 11th which is today that's not true yall really overcharged me

For One.. The person I dealt with was rude and sick. The equipment / truck was extremely dirty. I have pictures and video. The staff refused to sanitize and said it wasn't their problem. I had to take time out and clean and sanitize it. I was Extremely Disgusted and Dissatisfied!!!!!
I had to make 4 phone calls to get someone to wake up and come check in the unit I was picking up. When I did get a call back from someone not on site, I was told she was helping other customers and I would just need to wait. This made the pick-up late what's the point of picking a time? The truck was covered in mud and surely was not disinfected for Corvid. Wash you hands!
Nothing to it when dropping off , no issues then thank god but they did charge me $15 because the gas tank must have not matched as the same when i picked it up and i promise you it wasnt off by much plus it was not all the way full when i picked it up anyway
Truck was not ready when it was suppose to be picked up. Cab of truck smelled like it was urinated in daily. Moving blankets were not it truck either. Flea infestation in building as well.

Representative was not helpful. We explained that upon refilling the truck gas tank, we discovered the tank could not have been full at pick up; 15 gallons for a 70 mile trip and the gauge needle was higher after refilling than when we picked up the truck. She would do nothing unless we could produce a picture of the gas tank gauge showing it was not full at pickup. So, we should have expected U-haul would falsify the fuel state of the truck and taken pictures? And what would a picture prove since it could have been taken at any time, such as just before we turned in the truck? We expressed our displeasure at U-haul and she stated "I don't work for U-haul". An unpleasant customer experience over ~3 gallons of gas. Really U-haul?

The rep u has at the pick up location did not even want to come verify anything. She when told there were multiple scratches on the truck she handed me one sticker to put on the truck.and being back to her. We told her gas wasnt right and the mileage wasn't right. She wrote in correct she wrote it in and initialed it. Look at notes on account many problems. Drop off was said to verify in person. Person wasn't even there to sue so said she was gonna do it over phone. Was totally a horrible experience from start to dinish.
Person wasn't there due to a sign on the door "Went to the bank be back in 20 minutes" Waited around and finally got taken care of.
It was so easy, I can't imagine it being better.
The agent was friendly helpful and professional. There was no long wait and it was easy to check the truck back in.
Morgan took my reservation over the phone and her performance was less than desired. Had to call back twice and still forgot my dolly. April was great. Very professional made my visit a lot better. Equipment ran great!
the location I picked it up from was excellent I enjoyed the customer service I got from them, had issues with the rental trailer. It broke my ball for my hitch . then I try to take it to the uvalde and I-10 U-Haul and they told me in order for me to drop it off there since I was not able to continue carrying the trailer you all would charge me triple.. so they sold me a new ball and installed it and as I was taking it back to the original location it broke that one also . so I do not know if there is a defect in that trailer hitch hookup.
