Briggs saved your butts. The first location you assigned me on Alamo Drive would not take my van back. That Alamo Dr. man was a jack ass and offered no help directing me elsewhere. That was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Again, let me thank the folks at Briggs Automotive for not having room either but being a team player!

Train some customer service people to be more customer friendly and not be rude to customers. Also if a customer is to pick up a truck at a certain location, you should verify that the location is open. Our pick up location was closed and we were forced to go to another location. Definitely not what you want to do on the day you're moving.

Was to drop truck off at a different u-haul location, it was closed. 1pm. Called u-haul and they said to take it to another location that it was open. Did, this u-haul location was also closed . I thought, what kind of business our we running here. Key in key box and left.

Was not happy that I was not told upfront that if you rent one way it is DOUBLED. Told when I dropped it off! Person at the counter had a hard time with the computer and it took over an hour to rent a tow dolly for a car!

This business goes by the name Briggs Automotive but there wasn't a SINGLE sign with the name of the business at this location. It is in an industrial park with other automotive repair businesses. It took me awhile to make sure that it was the correct location and only by confirming the address was I able to be sure it was the correct dropoff location. There were plenty of signs about automotive repair and Napa and such but with all the signage, I couldn't find a single sign that said Briggs Automotive anywhere.

The cargo trailer we rented leaked and got many of our clothes and our bed SOAKED. No one who works for U-Haul seems to care and nothing was done about it.

Originally booked at the tow dolly in the 4000 block of South Florida Avenue and when I went to go pick it up they sent me to the other location where there was no one there and I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for somebody to come I was trying to get this job done on my lunch hour and it ended up costing me money and 3 hours of my time I also was charged for insurance but I told them I did not want and I will be disputing that on my credit card

first the location is in a wharehouse no AC , on a broken road, and the lady who operate this place has no business doing this , while I was waiting the customer befor me , it took her more than 45 minutes to check him in kept hitting something on the computer , gets it wrong again , onetime she told him his bill $65.38 then oh no $65.68 . then said I have to delete everything and put back the numbers again , and this took another 15 - 20 minutes , then she told him , " oh no ,the computer said minus$58,000 dollars , started to laugh and sauying " I put the mileage incorrectly, blah blah blah and after 15 minutes got straight , now to my case I had a reservation for $79.00 after she put the info twice again shae said your charges $185 , so I pulled my reservation , thng god I printed it , so she went back to her little lap top , searching and digging for more than 15 minutes finally found it , so she enterted the info and told ok plus environment and taxes $85.65 I said of here my credit card so she hit the button to finalize my payment she said sorry it is $85.95 ... its 30 more cents , the computer wont let me do it , I have to reenter the transaction from the bigging , kept saying sorry sorry blah blah , so she did renter everything , ok now to payment she manually entered my credit card number so she tells me declined I said " are you kidding me?" I just put gas on it , now I could've use another card , but I said that's inpossible , while at her desk I called my CC company ( btw were 2 people waiting after me getting frustrated ) anyway I called spoke to CS I said why my card was declined , the CS responded to me saying whoever entered your crd numbers had enterted the 3 digit security code wrong voila ,, wowwwww , after all the time I was furious , and you got my point , so my recommendation is there is another location very close by on alalmo drive very professional I dealt with them in the past , I would recommend shut down the location on creative drive so the other location would have more inventory thanks
