This was the worst experience I’ve ever with Uhaul ever. The gas was empty, the car was clean and the worst part was the store and the store employee “Peter”. He was unprofessional and made many mistakes in my bill. He over charged me and refused to give me the receipt upon checkout. I did not use the blanket and the furniture dolly. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY ASAP!

No one available to check out equipment at time of pickup. They had to call someone in from home. Van was dirty and filled with debris and old In-N-Out food bags. Checkout team attempted to check vehicle out with documentation saying tank was 1/2 full when it was 1/4 full. Management couldn't figure out how to change documentation so they spent another 15 minutes figuring out how to put gas into the van. Total time from arrival to drive off was >45 minutes with no other customers waiting. I am fully expecting to be overcharged.
