I really think you need to look at this location and decide if it should be a Uhaul rental location. I do not believe it should be. I had to do the computer work, and there was no assistance in hooking up and checking the trailer. I was shocked by the lack of service.

Good employee and open longer than other locations. But very small location to part the 26 foot truck. Because of the good employee on duty and the longer hours, I would recommend, especially for drop off.

We showed up for our U-Haul reservation at our scheduled time of 9:00 am using the self-service often. Using the system prompted through my email I submitted driver license #, did color test, etc. When I was prompted to give additional contact information, Angela, the U-Haul representative reviewing my submission, sent a message saying the my information couldn't be continued and that I needed to go inside. When I went inside the owners of the Conoco location serving as a pick-up location were helpful, but could not get their system to work. I then had to call the regional service person, Steve, who first asked me to hold for ten minutes and then it took another 20 minutes to complete the verification. In total we lost an hour and a half of our day that we had taken off work to move. I should say that Steve offered to refund $50 of our truck fee, though we'd have preferred to have the truck at our scheduled time. It should also be mentioned that the Conoco was not our first choice, we had wanted to pick-up from a dedicated U-Haul location, and if we had I suspect that this would have been resolved much more quickly. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth both about non-dedicated U-Haul locations and general response to issues like this from U-Haul

Bad customer service, they had me type all of my information and when I returned it she didn’t know what she was doing, couldnt tell me if I was going to get charged the full amount again or just the difference. I had to wait for over an hour until I just paid the full amount that she had and told me if I was charged twice to come back.

I selected this location because it says "24 hour drop off" I called the location at 5:55pm to confirm the drop off - they said they don't allow returns after 6:00pm - I explained I had no where to park the trailer and could be there in 20 Minutes - so she allowed me to return it. I will not rent from U-Haul again.

This branch over charged us. We only use the truck for few hours (approximately 3 hours). Then after 2 days it took some charges off our bank acct. We called and we have recording of phone call that we confirmed that the truck was returned same day. It came up that the employee didn't close our transaction so uhaul company charge us. We called for complain and they said it will take 2 to 3 days to fix the problem. I'm not even sure if we get a refund. If not I'm sending a complain to business bureau. This isn't right. They should have refunded it to us when we called. The key is returned in the drop off box how come no one confirms.

Nice woman helping me, but in the middle of busy convenience store. So every couple of minutes we would be interrupted for someone wanting to buy smokes or a soda.

The entire rental process seemed to confuse the clerk. I had to do it myself by calling some number he gave me and the back of the truck was a mess. In the future I will just go to an actual uhaul location and not a gas station that rents out uhauls. I also think I was slightly overcharged due to the employees lack of comprehension on the whole process.

The facility has no space to drop off the truck. The attendant made me park the truck at two different places and made me put the dolly in a different area. They were not helpful and they expect customers to do their job of moving trucks and equipment. Awful experience.

This is a convenience store and gas station. There was only one clerk and he was untrained in the paperwork for checking out a trailer. He didn't know about hitch load rates, etc. He had to continuously stop processing my order to ring up other customers buying items from the store. He even helped anther Uhaul customer check out a truck, who came in after me! He did not help me at all to hook up the trailer. This all took about a half hour since many people were helped before me even though I was ahead of them.

Truck box area was fairly clean, driver area needed a clean up for sure. The truck I think needs some TLC, and some service as I only ran 38 miles and I had to put in 12.34 Gallons of Fuel in to get it back to 1/2 full. That is about 3.2 MPG for the Round Trip. That is very low, usually you see about 5-10 MPG.

They didn't know what they were doing -- didn't note that I had changed the return time, didn't provide the requested hand cart or ramp, and didn't seem to know how to charge me (I had to pay part of the bill in cash because they couldn't get the credit card to process correctly). Training, training, training please.

The truck had no dolly, had to buy one, all the pads for moving where all over the place folded those up. My reservation was made before going to the store, but still required more time & more information when i got there.

This was a remote location , at a gas station, and the workers knew absolutely nothing about trailers. They didn't do a walk around with me or help me get hooked up.Originally i went to a u haul store and reserved the trailer becouse that is where I wanted to do business. I didn't appreciate having to go to another location to pick up and deliver

Was told the trailer would be picked up at one location then when I got there to pick it up I was sent to this location. Clerk was not helpful. Didn't know how to attach the trailer and then told me I could not pick it up until 10 but when I reserved it the pick up time was 7am. I was not happy.

I didn't have a great drop-off experience, unfortunately. The only person onsite was the gas station attendant, who seemed unfamiliar with the whole UHaul drop-off process.
