Is just a small location with very few rentals on display but we're fine.

Chuck was very cordial and courteous. I will definitely do business there again.

We arrived on time and were the first customers of the day. It took nearly 30 minutes to issue the truck. Additionally, we were only issued half of the moving blankets we had reserved. It got the job done but is a very inefficient system. Also the truck was issued with only 1/4 tank of gas. It was left to a customer who is unfamiliar with how much fuel to the truck uses to guess how much to put in it. The facility knew the drive would take more gas than what was provided and that customers aren't refunded for putting more in than is used. The system is set up to get free gas out of its customers. Why not issue it with a full tank and ask customer to return the truck with a full tank? Ready for the next customer and I only provided gas I used.
