No contact pick up was a disaster, and no one showed up to the location at all - waited there for hours. And while reaching Truckshare they EVENTUALLY got me a key - COMPLETE Nightmare. The inside of the truck smelled like body odor and the enclosed back leaked rain ALL over everything i had int he covered back. Completely Awful.

You seriously charged me for 2 service days and 2 rental insurances when I only had the truck for 9 and a half hours? What a joke. Also I never agreed to those charges when asked the price at check out on my phone. Someone was supposed to call me from uhaul to discuss charges and never did? Your company is awful. Also the truck interior was gross on the driver's seat and it smelled like cigarette smoke. I want to be refunded.

I turned the truck and tow trailer on the day it was supposed to be. There was no one to except the vehicle. Finally got ahold of someone, left keys in drop box and they state I was a day late bringing it back. I dropped it off at 1230pm.
