I have a saying, Computers are fast if you don't mind waiting. U-Haul is trying to operate their business on smart Phones. While this is sometimes convenient it is not always practical. This needs to be an option not a forced requirement. I was a U-Haul dealer for 20 years and found this requirement to be a nuisance to the customer and the dealer. Much easier to see a desk top screen then a smart phone. When it is raining or snowing who wants to stand outside and try to see their Phone? As a Dealer I do not miss dealing with U-Haul. Some of the marketing managers Ideas have been lacking any common sense. ( Dealerships are like Coke Machines, the more you have the more you sell ) Really do you decide to move because you seen a U-haul truck?

Arthur M.The pickup location and the size of the truck were changed one day prior to us picking it up. We rented a 26' truck in Dubois, WY and ended up with a 21' truck in Lander, WY which is 80 miles away. Not at all convenient and a smaller truck caused us to take a second 2,000 mile trip to get the rest of your stuff.
