Manges was perfectly fine the lady that runs it went Way Beyond what she had to and she was very patient. The area that needs to be improved as Uhaul itself they need to be a little more flexible as far as what they need on the card and all this other stuff they made me jump through so many Hoops in order just to get a U-Haul and it wasn't the lady being strict. It was Uhaul the company she tried very hard to work with me and Uhaul at South for putting up many roadblocks

The customer service person with whom my husband and son dealt with was not knowledgeable about the reservation, contradicted himself and generally seemed not to know what he was doing. He was "too chatty" my son said. The reservation had been made and confirmed so the only thing really required was to finalize the transaction when they picked up the truck. We had a full day of moving ahead of us and the excess chatter isn't appreciated when there is work to be done. Efficiency is key and this guy was off the mark. He wanted to charge them more for the truck because it was 20' instead of the 17' I had reserved commented that the 17' is being phased out and all they had was 20'. All in all we've had better experiences with UHaul elsewhere. More training needed, perhaps?

The whole drop off experience was terrible! The first location I was sent to no longer worked with Uhaul. I called for another location, that place no longer existed. Mange Auto was the third location I had to locate and drive too. The whole process was extremely frustrating, took an extra hour of driving around and was completely frustrating after a long day of driving and moving my son into a new apartment in a new city. When I called Hartleys Auto, where I rented the truck, to get help I was told it was not their problem, This has left a very sour taste in my mouth for UHaul.

It is important to not give the customer a couple different addresses in which they can drop the truck off near your destination which we did do only to find out that we were not supposed to drop the truck off in Boston we were supposed to drop it off in Cambridge this was after we had already put the key in the Dropbox and the place was closed so we left the truck there at the wrong place but at least it was a U-Haul place by this time we could not even get the key back out of the Dropbox to take the truck to the right location also this is when Boston was having their snow storm yesterday or excuse me on January 7th Saturday

Uhaul downsized my truck rental after I talked with a customer service rep at another location prior to renting the truck. When I called uhaul to ask about it the customer service rep (Josh) said that the size difference was no big deal in a very cavalier way.
