Clean out those trucks !! Dog hairs ,mud ,trash still in the back of the truck !! I don't even own a dog and hairs all over that dang cab !! Run the water hose through the cab to get the mud out !! Do something !! What do you pay the workers for , just paperwork ?? I was highly up set with this one and the one I had two days prior!! That truck was muddy as heck also and I felt like either you have to take it or get nothing at all . But all the other trucks didn't look like mine did . Or was it that I was going from Las Vegas to California so send them dirty ? Come on now do better , I'm not looking for perfect but represent UHaul like you would want a real business to be !!

Eduardo T.Explain the details better. I was charged $20 for after hour fee but was told I would be charged the $20 IF I kept the vehicle overnight. If O was going to be charged it anyways I would have kept The uhaul for another day!
