I know it’s ask much, but a drop off pick up device for those who are ok to pay more for this service. Otherwise, everything else is excellent!!

Not transparent on the actual costs of a rental. I paid over $280 for a little over a 24 hour span and feel ripped off. Unfortunate as the truck was fine but they just want to make money and the online system is horrible and you can’t change anything (and that’s their excuse too).

Had to wait 15 minutes for an employee to arrive; no boxes available to purchase; employee that did help us not familiar with check in process as I had already checked in online prior to arrival, yet, it took 20 minutes to get the truck and he tried to charge me more than I was supposed to pay even though I had pre paid

Be aware just because you request a specific number of moving blankets doesn’t guarantee them your limited to what the facility your picking up from has on hand.

Took a very long tome as one person was alone working an she took a long tone to assist us. We also didn’t get the dolly we paid for

When renting the van, I had to Waited 15 minutes for the rental contract to be printed; when returning the van, I was told they were unable to provide a printed invoice, and when I made a second request the Uhaul Representative became very rude and definitive. Will never use that facility again.

U-Haul is an Outstanding company to rent cargo vehicles from. I have rented 2 vehicles this year from U-Haul, the 1st was a 16' truck to move my daughter, this time around was a cargo van, both were better experiences than I imagined. This last rental was amazing, we rented a cargo van to move my so to college. We looked around, compared the other competitors prices and again went with U-Haul. We were sent to All States Car Rental where the service representative was very friendly and helpful. If we have to do this again, U-Haul will be 1st on our list of moving companies, I will highly recommend U-Haul to anyone in need of a vehicle to move anything. Thanks U-Haul for an easy no hassle experience.

Quick and friendly service. Lots of street parking if you need to leave your vehicle.

8am appt. place doesn't open until 9am. gas tank was on fumes even though contract said 1/4 tank. Windows so dirty I could barely see out of them. Last time I ever rent from you and I'll let everyone I know hear about my experience. You suck.

At 5:30, no one was in the closed office. No hours posted and handwritten phone # could not assist.

The smartphone app didn't allow me to book a vehicle so I contacted U-Haul directly, set up an reservation but the reservation had only some of my information. The van was great, easy to drive and in excellent condition. I asked for a load of dollie, no pads and no insurance. Sadly, I was charged for 5 pads and insurance and can't get a phone call back from the U-Haul representative at All States in Lawndale, CA to even discuss the charges. It's not the money; it's the principle.

System cancelled my reservation because it thought it was a duplicate reservation and so the pick up location rented the one way truck I needed. Was sent to a different location for pick up, not only did they forget to load the dolly they left the wrong drop off location that was on the other reservation that caused my reservation to be cancelled and even though I confirmed my drop off location at least 4 times at time of drop off I was not able to do so as it was not showing that location. Had to make extra tra trip (100+ miles) to wait tilit till correct location was open to do drop off. Found that because the wrong drop off location was left on Contract I was overcharged from my quote. Returned to the location were I picked up truck to get overcharge refund and they would not even make a call as they said that the way the system had it and they (he) could not do anything.

The man that dealt with us was rude, insulting and argumentative. A detriment to any organization. After inspecting the truck he said "you know there is a $35.00 fee to clean off the bugs" on the front of the truck. I said no, I don't know that and the bugs were there when we picked up the truck. He said, "I don't know about that". I suggested he call the person at the pickup location. He said he would call his employer. After not being able to reach his employer, he asked me, "are you sure the bugs were already there?" I explained to him that his comments and attitude were not appropriate and that they suggested that he was calling me a liar. He then began arguing that he wasn't doing anything inappropriate and said, "why are you being difficult?"
