The trailer was extremely low, had to go buy a pin for the hitch, then had to go buy an adapter so i could plug it into the truck. Not very convenient.

All trailers should be sprayed out and at least the floors should be cleaned . I moped the floor myself and spayed it out. The people on both sides were very nice. When I picked up and dropped off.

The office was closed during working hours. The truck I rented was there with the keys in it. I had to call to get a release/contract. No communication. Terribly stresfull

The manger on duty was awesome. She was courteous and efficient. She treated me like her most valuable customer. When I returned she brought me the finalized bill and even helped me unhitch the trailer. She totally deserves a job well done notification and it wouldn't hurt with a monetary appreciation. Anyway, thank you for such an amazing experience, that I honestly did not expect.

I had ordered an appliance dolly, which instead of picking it up, or having one delivered, just took it off my order and said nothing until I asked. Then gave me directions to another uhaul location. As you know, moving your home can be very stressful. Inconsiderate acts like this cost you 12.50 on my order. Multiply that by the number of people you move that don't get one small item from there original order. That's costing uhaul and all the dealers, a substantial amount of money. The other thing that should be required by your franchises is that no truck should go out without a full tank of fuel. If people adhere to the contract, the trucks should always be topped off. If not, the dealer should have it done. It's just a courtesy, but means a lot to the customer on a long haul move. I hope someone is listening.

The truck was good overall, but seemed like it needed some maintenance (brakes/AC/oil). The rep was super awesome, probably the best I've ever had for U-Haul.

Drop off location was limited after hours. This is a storage facility first and it was not clear where best to leave the equipment. Overall happy with the interaction.

I scheduled pick up at 10am, when i arrived they were closed! Their sign said they were supposed to be open at 9am!! I had to wait 45min for someone to get there only after calling the emergency number that was posted on the door! The person who answered didn't seem to care that his employee was not there nor was he willing to come open the place since he was in salt lake city!!! When someone finally did arrive he was more concerned about the phones rather than the 4 customers that had been waiting for 45 minutes!! I have rented several u-hauls over the past couple of months and never had a problem, however I will definitely not ever rent form layton hills self storage again!!!

Picked up truck, windshield inside and out was dirty, mirrors dirty, loose; no windshield washer fluid. Problem with brake system, brake ABS lights flashing, bell ringing indicating brake system failure. Repaired at Uhaul in Boise.

Employee named Sydney answered phone when I called day before to verify they had a utility dolly as we had a heavy safe to move. She said they did not have one at their location but would try to find one. Gave us the wrong dolly and a filthy truck the next day and would not help us get a dolly. We had to drive 30 min to another location. Refused to let us return extra furniture pads. Seemed unconcerned about customer service and helping us out. Horrible customer service.

The employee that helped us had only been working there for 2 days and was not knowledgeable. Not his fault someone should be trained more than 1 day before being left on their own. Also the tail light on the trailer was duct taped to be held in place and came out shortly after we started our trip (dangling) and i had to stop to buy more duct tape to hold it in place for the rest of the trip...my guess is it is still that way and will be for the next customer, not very safe.

He charged late fees but I left like 15 gallons extra and he didn't mention anything about credit he was more worried about late fees than anything else, a big difference than where I pick up the trucks I spent like 5000 on rental and still got charged late fees???? Think about would I come back????

Upon renting trailer, i clearly asked sidney brooks if i would be getting charged the whole amount if i was to return early. She unhesitantly stated i would only have 5 day amount held and be pro rated dependent on when i was going to return. I also have fault as i should have read more into 1 way trailer rental policies but i took her word for it. Once i tried to drop off at the assigned location i find that the assigned location does not receive after hour dropoffs and neither them or sydney would answer any calls. Pretty disappointed with this experience and probably wont utilize your services in the future.
