Mel FWe made a reservation for the mobile 24 hour drop off and the person behind the counter never set it up for that so we got there and couldn't get the code to get the key at that location and that were closed so we had to call and we're on hold for over an hour .The only saving grace was the representative on the phone Latoya she looked everything up and found us a new truck but instead of being able to pick one up in town we had to drive to another to called Lexington and the signal there is not great so had a little bit of trouble signing in again Latoya called us back like she said and finally got the truck around 9pm I believe when we should have had it at like 6:30 pm so delayed our move . We used u-haul 2 years ago to move and I also had issues when picking up a truck . So no I probably wouldn't recommend u-haul to anyone .
