Have the equipment staged at the location that was agreed upon. A 100 mile credit does not compensate the customer for the three hour round trip to access the equipment any more than it does the 25 gallons is fuel it took to do so.

I did not have a problem with this location but the customer service I received from the U-Haul reps that I spoke to on the phone was terrible. I had placed my order online for a 9' cargo van but since there wasn't one available at my location I was offered a larger moving van for the same rate. When I arrived the next day to pick up the van I was told my reservation had been changed to the next day. I was not told this on the phone and I would not have agreed to a different day because of my work schedule. Luckily, another customer cancelled their van reservation so I was able to rent one that day. However, I first had to spend several minutes on the phone with customer service who argued with me about the reservation date and refused to honor U-Hauls policy about of providing size, location, and pick up time or they will pay you $50. If the attendant at the location hadn't contacted a customer who was late for their pick-up I wouldn't have been able to get a van that day. I still ended up being charged for the larger van even though I had been promised to be charged the lower rate of the smaller van I had requested. My husband and I had planned to use U-Haul more often for local hauling needs but after this horrible experience we're not inclined to do so which is too bad since I see they now have the cargo van we were hoping to utilize.

We had a problem with our reservation and each employee that we had contact with was helpful & friendly. What could have been a bad experience was quickly turned around by wonderful staff.



Have a person there on time and get them a better computer that isn't constantly crashing. So much for a reservation.

Very unorganized. Unprofessional , U haul experience as a whole . No follow ups. No return calls. During a personal situation we were going thru , our U haul experience made it worse. We returned the truck early. Only to get a call the next day asking where the truck was.we talked to four different U haul places nobody did what they said they would do. It was a nightmare . Very unhappy.
