The owner/operator is great and has always been eager to accommodate my requests. I have been using this location since I moved here 3 years ago Always had good experiences. This last rental was for a vehicle hauler and the right front tire holder was shredded and not serviceable. I had to improvise a workaround. All worked out OK, but was a bit disappointed that the equipment was not 100%

They don’t answer phone calls and are not available during the listed business hours. Also got charged for uhauls mistake of overbooking and I had to pay for more miles.

The vehicle was very dirty and had a lot of damage. Bullseye crack in the windshield and side fenders between wheels were damaged. However, the store owner was pleasant and the transaction was fast thanks to the new, expedited online checkout.

Wasn't professional, asked my movers to put the hand truck back in the truck when I took it out of the store. Also I felt he treated me like I was stupid. He tried to charge me twice for the hand truck hoping I forgot that I paid cash for it. I won't go back.

I felt like I didn't get the proper paperwork or contract for the rental had no idea how much I was going to have to pay until I brought the truck back. Was charged for insurance and am covered on my policy, was not asked if I wanted it.

Close this location down. The guy running the place doesn't know what he is doing. Rented a tow dolly and the whole way down -8 hour pull- had to stop every hour and pump the tire up and then seen that the tires were so bald that we were scared to pull over 50 mph. Tried to stop at another uhaul dealer and was told that they couldn't help with the situation. Which is horrible!!!

I will never rent from U-Haul again, the first truck I reserved I found out two days before my pick up date that it wasn't going to be available the second truck I reserved I was told by U-HAUL to use the smartphone app only to find out the location did not use the program and I got there 2 hours early for nothing I will never use U-Haul again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let the cargo vans run 1 way out of state. We didn't need the 15 ft truck we had. Only thing was in that truck was more less clothes. The cargo van would've been perfect. That big truck was over kill. Honestly waste of money and gas. Can't complain about the way it rode or drove though. But like I said the cargo van would've been perfect.



The truck smelled very bad. The sales associate was late. I will not go back to that location

We had trouble unhitching the trailer. A wedge underneath was stuck. It took 20 minutes to talk to someone. They could no help. Eventually sent someone to unhitched it. Main St. Lincolnton was not a safe place at 11 at night.

I had no negative feedback for the pickup site itself or the vehicle. The onsite representative did cancel my original contract because he was told I would be there for pick up by 1000, however, that was not the case and I had scheduled my pick up time via the UHAUL scheduler service for 1200. Not the local representatives fault as I fault the UHAUL scheduler service.
