UHaul lloydminster had AAA+ customer service received from Rachel. She took it upon herself to go far and beyond in allowing me to return the rental back later in the evening. Service was excellent, friendly and courteous from beginning to end. I have rented from Uhaul previously and never received this kind of awesome service. Because we came after hours we had to leave truck in compound with no help. Thankfully the person on the phone for the storage facility was somewhat helpful. The person on Uhaul chat took a very long time to get us signed out. We ended up leaving after standing in the cold for an hour and hoping they got everything sorted out with the incorrect mileage issue. I'm glad we took tons of pics before, during and after rental.Leroy D.
When you take a deposit 100.00 or eles it was taken with good standing and received with in 5 minutes Note your policy say you receive it back with in 3 to 5 buisness days . My question why? You must have better priority s in returned deposit s Sincerely Ms.C EthierCecile E.
I had reserved a trailer online to be picked up at 12 pm. on Saturday...(Their website said that they are open between 10 and 2 on weekends) I got to the location and no one was there. I called their number, and the person that answered the phone was out of town, she called someone to come to the location to help me. I had done the online check in (to get me out the door "in half the time" as a regular check in...What a joke that option is !!) The next issue was their computer/U-Haul portal in the office. Everything took numerous tries to load/work...the signature pad for the computer didn't work a couple of times, wouldn't read my credit card, etc...Finally, I was out of there at 12:40, only to hook up the trailer and it had no lights working. I looked at it, and the trailer's wiring harness was rubbed through from a previous user. I was told that "I" could go to a local store and buy that harness. Wasn't happening when I had already spent an hour waiting, plus in my opinion, spent more than enough on a 5'X9' trailer ($55) for what now, was less than a full days rental.I took the trailer anyway, and cut off the worn through sections of wires, and resoldered them.myself once I got the trailer home. I think the part that annoyed me most, was that were absolutely no apologies for any of the issues I encountered. Was less than impressed and will most likely explore other rental options in my city, whether it be with U-Haul or someone else.Kevin J.
