My appointment was for 9:00 and I was there at 9:01 but I had to wait for someone to get there. I called the number and the person was not very friendly and simply said he was on the way. He arrived about 15 minutes late and therefore my scheduled was delayed. Otherwise, no problems and the worker simply needs to work on better customer service and being nice.

Marva T.Worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul. The D&D location was horrible and rude. It was filthy and the entire interaction with the staff was outrageous. Nothing but rude remarks and scoffs through the whole rental. DEFINITELY do not recommend them.
