The truck was dirty inside. I was double charged for everything! I dropped the vehicle off on 6/24 as indicated in my contract at 2:00pm approx. when I arrived the gate was closed and people were present riding an ATV around the property but would not acknowledge my presence. I rang the bell twice but nobody answered. I called the office abd they did answer, the woman stated uhaul was closed and to leave the van parked outside the fence and to drop the key in the Dropbox- which I did. Now I’ve been charged for an additional day for all equipment rentals.

I was told by the front desk lady who I paid with that I’f I go under 20 miles they don’t charge me the 10$ fee Or I wouldn’t have gotten it I went WELL under 20 miles and was told that I was good to go she would handle everything well she has charged my card and it’s too late and nothing was ever taken off, I hate terrible customer service! It started nice and easy things were smoothe but ended terrible

I am extremely dissatisfied with this location and my after hours drop off experience. First off, I dropped the vehicle off after hours and the fuel level was incorrectly reported when the truck was checked in and I was automatically charged $79.38. This is very disappointing as I stopped at the gas station before dropping of the vehicle to ensure I returned the truck over 3/8 tank as the contract required. Despite my due diligence, I was still incorrectly charged. Not only that, my drop off location was changed from my original drop off location right across from my storage facility to 4.8 miles away. This cost me an additional $10 dollars in fuel. This location was difficult to find and at the end of a narrow street. I was required to drop the truck off after hours outside the locked gate in an unsecured lot and was worried something could happen to the Uhaul overnight. The Uhaul.com website was not able to read my contract number so I was not able to do the express after hour return. I took photos of the fuel level, mileage and Uhaul truck at the location as proof that I had the right fuel level and dropped the vehicle off. Aside from the fact that, I am missing nearly $80 from my bank account, I have wasted a lot of my personal time and energy in being on hold, speaking with customer service and sending emails to get this error corrected and get my refund back. I have used Uhaul services several times over the years, but in the future I will look at other companies as the overall service experience has been very unsatisfactory. I would not recommend Uhaul in the future specifically for overnight returns or state to state moves. To improve for the next customer, I recommend Uhaul reps take more time checking in trucks before charging customer and calling customer if additional charges have arise to ensure they are correct before immediately removing funds that do not belong to Uhaul from a customers account.

I initially had some concerns about this location due to previous reviews, however they were completely unfounded. We received great service, fast turnaround, and fair dealing from our friendly associate. Would definitely come again (if I hadn't moved away!).

Service was excellent. The lady who assisted me went out of her way to help. I did not catch her name but she was super. Site is hard to find using Google. Directions show Redondo when Obispo should be used.

I asked for no insurance but was still charged for it. Reservation pick up time was at 1:30, they did not have my truck ready until 2:15

They charged me for a furniture Dolly and did not give it to me and when I asked to have it removed they said they would after the weekend. They did not. That borders on theft. Remove the dang charge please like you promised.. No supplies available.. couldn't run my card for tape and boxes. So I went without. The manager needs to be aware she's not doing us a favor by taking our money here to Zing to give our money to her company which wouldn't be much of a company without us at least be polite and look like you're grateful.. I know I've been a little hard in this review but I had a really uncomfortable experience.. this location can really do better to represent Uhaul

The truck had a broken rearview mirror. The location did not open until the pick-up time which delayed us by a half hour for the paperwork to be done. This is mainly because we needed to start early in the morning. There wasn’t a lot of signage on how to access the pick-up location once we got there so it was confusing.

This location tried to scam me by overcharging me saying I drove 100+ miles when I only drove 7 miles. Not only that but customer service was terrible. I was told I would receive a call from the manager before being charged and never received a call and was charged over 100 dollars. I spend 30 minutes on hold and when I talked to someone they told me that someone would call me later so there was no help through phone customer service either. I am still frustrated and feel like I was taken advantage of because the milage on the truck was incorrect and nothing has been done about it. I will never use this company again and will refer anyone who asks away from this business.

Have customer parking out front instead of just employee parking. Make sure the equipment is easy to get to and not hard to pull out because all the other vehicles are in the way.

I requested a location closer to my house when I made my reservations and somehow I was given this one. Even though I spoke with the representative on the location I wanted and he said was available. Customer service not very professional and took too long to receive and drop off. They seemed a bit irritated that I wanted my bill for review and not automatically emailed to me. I had to remind the lady I wanted a walk through of the truck and I had to document the miles and gas prior to departure because she had nothing to write on. Good thing I did because it was a different lady when I retired the truck. I will not use this facility again- worse u haul experience

Overall, I was very impressed with the rental experience. However, when I made the reservation, I was under the impression that it would be a 'self-service' transaction, when it turned out to be all but that. Had to sign forms and provide credit card information. I didn't necessarily mind this, as this is something one expects. However, my expectations were not managed properly.

The staff was not present when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up. no one was present when i returned the vehicle (within business hours) and I was charged a 2nd day and charged for insurance even thought i declined the request. Honestly it couldn't have gonna less smooth.

I reserved a uhaul van for 10:30am. I got there 10:40am And still no body was there to give me keys nor welcome me. The guy who let me in said the uhual guy will be there in 5 minutes. I waited fort 20min. I finally called the number listed and after being transferred to 4 different people and hung up on 4 different times, a guy finally came around 11:15am to give me the bill and keys. No apology nor an ounce of 'giving a shit,' the guy just said that he was called to come in bc the other guy didn't. Just ruined the momentum of the move. Sux

My husband was almost assaulted by the employee at the location I picked up my u haul. I have spoke to the area manager and he was extremely defensive and claimed his 15 years experience was better than my concern for my safety at one of his stores. I plan to continue the latter until this matter is taken care of.

Appointment time was bad so was the costumer care due to wait then felt pushed out no concern from your employee towards our concerns. Also was charged 10 extra miles before hand.
