Scam You gave me the van stinking like wet dog and covered with bird shit all over and charged me 25 bucks for cleaning fee because of maybe very little glass sprinkles and you invented a bunch of charges and I've got overcharged by the end. I'm never more hiring your service again.

I do think even know where to start. Everything about my experience was poor. There is one person working inside of that trailer and about 8 people lined up outside. I was in that place for 1.5 hrs before walking out (and I did the express self checkout online). In addition to that I ordered a 10' truck and the guy was telling me there aren't anymore 10' trucks available. The service was terrible. I had to argue with the guy so I can get the truck I ordered. He must also be using a dial up connection because that program connection speed was slower than traffic when the president's in town. The inventory system has many discrepancies. People in front of me were walking out in disgust and disappointment at how many discrepancies there were with their reservation. Terrible terrible service. They seem to care. As long as the money is coming in, they don't really care. I'm going with Budget next time.

The service eas awful. I made the reservation online and called to comfirm everything was good and the mam who answered the call told me to call another number that happened to be the personal cell of another man who worked there and he was asking why I was calling that number and I was so confused with what was happening. The guy was rude and even though i read bad reviews about this location I wanted to try myself and guve them a chance. But all reviews are right. Everything you read is exactly what happends. Their main business is not Uhaul so they dont care about you. Their focus is the collision center. Avoid this location is you want to have a good experience!! I do not recomend it!

The person in the office couldn't print my contract because he didn't have a cartridge in his printer!!! He sent it through email. On that confirmation a wrong address of drop off was on: 3059 Rte 32, Kingston, NY. This address was in the middle of nowhere among residential houses . I spent an hour to figure out that it was not the same as the reservation. I spent more gaz than necessary. I would appreciate if I could get a discount on my exess mileage which was 69.5 miles. If you didn't indicate a wrong address, it would have been much lower.

The lot is in a very busy and in a crowded area. Very tough to park a truck. I had to double park. The guy there was very helpful, though.

The business opened 20 minutes late, so I had to wait. Then I had to wait longer while the person started his computer, and looked into my order. Then I had to wait while he searched his entire site to get my furniture blankets, which dirty and had been sitting on gravel/dirt. I didn't get in the truck until 9:45 for a 9 am pickup.

Everything about this location was terrible. The proprietor was late, and once he arrived I'm pretty sure he was high or just incredibly stupid, there was no lot to park the vehicle in when returning my rental so HE MADE ME FIND STREET PARKING BEFORE I COULD CLOSE OUT MY RENTAL. Absolutely terrible. Revoke this location's U-Haul affiliation because they're an absolute joke.

The guys weren't all that helpful and seemed to be overwhelmed by the whole thing. I was never given clear answers to anything, like where to park the van when returning. No one was rude. Just didn't seem to have it together 100%.

This location looks like a junk yard, very unprofessional. Very slow and the communication between u haul and this franchise is non existent. The whole experience took 2+ hours because u haul didn't provide me with all details needed to rent a truck from this location. Unpleasant all in all.

I arrived to a previous location where they said that the truck I had rented was not available at the time that I had originally planned. I do not know why the system made the error to give me a truck that did not exist, but it was highly inconvenient and wasteful of time to wait on the phone for 30 minutes before I could be helped and have my reservation changed.

I just dropped my vehicle off at this location and it was not a plesent experience. First off, if something is available for 24 hour drop off, it needs to be more clear what the situation will be. I show up expecting it to be quite simple . However, when you show up, you quickly see there is no where obvious to park and I was told to find a spot on the street when I called the location number . It was impossible to find a spot that did not have a no parking sign in front of it within a four block radius. At this point it was starting to get dark and as a woman in my 20s I began to feel extremely uncomfortable. In theory it is great to have a 24 hour drop off location but if I would have know how unsafe and confused I would feel, I would have found somewhere else to park until I could return during business hours.

I would never go to this location. I arrived around 8:50 PM to drop off my uhaul rental. There were two people in the small trailer who said were closed and recommended me parking the uhaul two blocks away to avoid a ticket during the night. I did so assuming they knew what they were talking about since they worked there. Then I put the keys and form in the drop box as instructed for after hour drop offs. The next day around 11:00 am I get a call saying they have yet to receive my uhaul asking if I wanted another days rental. I said I returned the previous night and followed all the instructions for after hours drop off. They thanked me and said they would take care of it. Next thing I know I am charged an additional $80 for an additional days rental and for not filling the tank. I have a receipt for filling the tank before returning it... I called many times and was transferred from person to person. Have now filed a complaint. But am extremely let down by the lack of help and the fact that I was wrongly charged an additional $80 on top of the $130 rental. Do not use this location. Hopefully I will be reimbursed but this whole thing has been a huge headache.

The office did not open on time - the staff was 20 minutes late (on a busy Saturday). The location did not have the correct equipment that I had reserved and already paid for. The computer system could not process the refund. Rather than attend to customers waiting in line the receptionist went outside for another 20 minutes while the refund was just spinning and not processing to clean returned trucks for customers who had not yet arrived to pick them up. Overall a tremendously dissatisfying experience. You could train your personnel in excellent customer service and hold the location to that standard if you want to improve for the next customer.

First of all this place is impossible to find. Its in a trailer in a parking lot of delapitated vehicles. Smells like weed everywhere. U-Haul sigh is tiny, so I drove around in circles to find it. Parking spots almost impossible to find.

Bought the truck back in time, I needed a extension was told I couldn't due to someone had to pick up at 2:15 , so I bought it back on time! I never gotten a chance to use the truck due to severe car accident with my niece. Never use the miles or gas. They charge me for 2 days ,which I only had the truck for one day! Horrible experience
