Picked up trailer lights would not work the guy working there told me to get them fixed. Looked at my paperwork it has a different trailer number on went back same guy said Oh well. Had to stay in hotel 2 night because we couldn't drive at night

I was running late on the pick up of the rental truck. I called U-HAUL and was referred to a location that could accommodate me. Nothing extraordinary EXCEPT one thing: the owner of the location closes shop at 17:00. I wasn't going to be able to pick up the truck until after 17:00. The owner of the U-HAUL location contacted me directly. He told me he needed pick up his children and that he would return afterwards to reopen his location to make sure I got my truck! SUPER COOL! Like clock work, he showed up (with his children in the back seat of his car!) after closing to meet me and got me the truck I needed to complete my move. That is going the extra distance; that is EXTRAORDINARY customer service. Thanks!

They booked the wrong trailer and then couldn't reimburse right away even thought they said it would. When they put in reimbursement they put it top the wrong card do it now cost me $40!

Phil the fellow who helped me was very nice and super polite. Much better than the other Uhaul experience at the shop on north main in Longmont. That was so uncomfortable that I stopped using Uhaul for years. Glad to be back. Phil says he can get me a couple of storage units for a few months. Great.

Have someone there to accept returns on a Sunday. Made me nervous to leave a long distance truck there with the back unlocked with dozens of moving blankets there for the taking as I'm sure I would have been charged if anything went missing. Not to mention there was a homeless person sleeping in the back of a small pickup truck in the parking area of the returns. Did not speak to them so maybe it was an employee that was put there to watch the trucks.. not sure, they didn't get out of the truck to greet me.

They were closed on Sunday and when I dropped off the trailer along with the truck I rented, there was a homeless guy sleeping in a truck in the same area where I had to park the truck. Since there is no lock on the back of the truck, I was worried about the person opening the back and taking moving blankets or the appliance dolly.

Your company should pay a commission to the station attendant not just the person who books the truck, often it is more work/ time consuming having the physical transaction with the customer I would hesitate to use the company again until the commission structure becomes more fair for the stations

Check that all equipment is working correctly before renting out. The Tow Dolly light didn't work. Also the Tire ramps weren't put up initially.

had to drop the truck off after hours. Which meant I had to put the extra moving equipment in the cab! I don't like the idea of paying by the mile. Reason is I put extra gas back in the truck and was still charged for being less than 5 miles over!
