Never entered the building don't know if it was clean or not. Was informed I would have to pay for extra miles was not happy about it told him I would contact uhaul about that since they picked the drop off location not me.

The attitude on an early Sunday morning was a little abrupt. The manager seemed distracted, but the receiving people were courteous and helpful. I'll reserve the right to revisit these folks shortly with more business.

Until you do away with the fees and go to a flat rate that matches the rate you advertise on your trucks I will not be recommending your company. I ended up paying over $60 for a truck that was advertised as being $19.95. Regardless of your small print it is false advertising and I cannot and will not recommend your service to anyone. Everyone at the location was as nice and professional as could be. I am just disgusted by the shady pricing policy.

The trailer was ready when I got there, the ladies working there got me on the road quickly with good information on operation. Return was super quick and easy too. No complaints. This is my second or third time renting from this location. Never had any huge problems but this was the best experience so far. Next time I need a trailer, I will come back.

I'm certain your company has been purchased by AT&T since calling there will land a customer in a hamster wheel of infinite transfers to wrong departments until you are either disconnected or finally think... "never-mind, keep the money you overcharged me and who cares if you know how awful we've been treated. Just don't make me call again." It's a form of torture treatment esp for someone as busy as I am. How about giving me a direct number to a real person? Let recap just a small portion of my experience. I reserved truck in my name and. Umber and card. Cost was $145. Told pick up at 12. Called at 11 and told truck ready so come on. Send hubby and senior momma to get truck while I sort, pack my grandfathers house. (passed away at 99 years old. Been here 60 years. Rough day already). Hubby gets there and "computers down". He is held hostage until 12:30. They had reservation. Can take key and go. I offered to change it online. They knew we were coming. Non the less... hour and a half... wasted. About 2:30 I mention the $145 and was told it was $220ish. "But he didn't have receipt cause computers still down to print so he didn't hang out. Also said they told them about $78 insurance and if we didn't return to Rockwall it would be extra $30. I had reservation online to pick up and return to royse city, had already selected ins. Amount on email... $145. I go back up and RUDE lady says she got $78 ins. I said, we'll refund it. I had all this taken care of. She said she couldn't cause we took the truck already. Urg. Your Comp down isn't my problem, or shouldn't be. Nor should I be paying more for returning. She says she can't see receipt or give to me from her comp. I go to car, call and everything listed under my mom so changed it back to me and my contact. She has everything on Comp. Says no $78 ins. ?????? Sends me receipt. Not sure how truck, fee purchased items and $28 ins came to $220. Still looks like $20 overage. She says she would email and gave someone get back. I've had 2 calls from David to my phone (correct contact) but when I call back I get corporate (not direct line to him) and info under mom not me. They can't find me then transfer games begin. When returning truck in royse city, super nice lady but computers down there today. My poor neighbors in car waiting. Now I'm held hostage. I have emailed contract, pick of mileage (all on my phone) but we've got to call all these people before I can go. I'm never surprised now. Not sure how my email of cost due originally said $145. Yes we purchased $20ish in products which I couldn't believe was that much since only spent $70 down the street at different (and great location) before for 10 boxes and noodles and tape. Etc. ton of stuff. But whatever. Shouldn't be $220. If y'all paid my hourly wage for the time youve wasted, you refund all my money. Clearly my time and oh goodness the frustration is not wo
