Office is so unorganized, and the staff are rude. Truck was not checked for damages and we were asked to return it to the same location but the office was closed and they did not provide any instructions on how to return truck

My husband secured this rental on line and opted out of the insurance. The LA pick up person told me that on line doesn't show the hidden costs and I must take the insurance. You owe me a refund on the insurance.........

The office that the pick up happens is kind of gross... it smells like pee. There is no parking and when you return the vehicle there is no guarantee there will be no parking for the vehicle... this whole place kind of seems like a crap shoot.

We had a terrible experience. The manager of this location showed up late for a 9am reservation, even though it says online that they open at 8am. When we called to extend our reservation a day, he said there shouldn't be an issue. He ended up charging us for a third day because it was logged that we arrived with the truck at 10:40am, even though we had arrived shortly after 10am as expected. When we called to ask about it he was extremely disrespectful. Will never use them again, and am disappointed in uhaul. I've used uhaul trucks for many events and moving, and am not planning to again unless this issue is fixed and action is taken against him for his inaddequate customer service.



Customer service was superb. Really friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I will recommend it to my friends



The guy who was in charge of the uhaul rentals at this location was 30 mins. late. He was extremely rude and giving me attitude the whole time. This really tarnished my experience with uhaul and honestly don't know if I will come to uhaul for future needs if this is what awaits.

My U-Haul broker down 50 miles into my 500 mile trip. I sat on the side of the freeway for 4 hours with traffic zooming by me. With 2 bored hungry and tired kids in the truck with me we sat there while the mechanic REPLACED the radiator. For my time I get a one day credit of $20 ??? and reimbursement for my hotel and that's it ? Never again, I should have gone with Penske

I was given 2 days to return uhaul. Person at this location called me early afternoon the day before telling me they needed the uhaul so rushed to get my things out tried dropping off the truck after closing hours and there was no parking what so ever first thing the next day same problem no parking they have a lot that would be more useful if it stayed open for drop offs. The person in charge seem very confused at what she was doing processing the return and some what rude.



The location was fine, however my reservation was at a different location. I was explained that because I had to go elsewhere to pick up the equipment that a $50 credit would be applied to my account. This has not happened.



What a pleasure - friendly staff, helpful, and quick, and the van was in perfect working order and easy to use. Definitely 5-stars.

Give customer the option and explain collision damage waiver insurance FIRST. It is an unethical practice to ADD this OPTIONAL insurance to the contract without informing and receiving prior approval from customer.
