The self check out option is amazing and was definitely unexpected. Not having to wait in a long line and being able to pick up keys quickly was amazing. Unfortunately the interior of the vehicle was a bit dirty which was unpleasant.

I was supposed to self pick up the truck at 730am. I get there and the gate is closed, the online app does not allow checkout and the person on duty is no where to be found per websites direction. I finally found someone on online chat and that person couldn't do much either. I had to wait til 9am when they openned the doors. no apologies. no rgeret. no one cared. i hope i never have to do business with your orgamizarion again. and the $50 credit the regional customer service promissd was a lie

I requested a pickup and received a van. Furthermore, the cashier mischarged me MULTIPLE times and I neared an overdraft fee. Additionally, she attempted to charge me for 1.5 gallons of gas when I only used about a gallon and refueled it before drop off anyway. She only corrected the mistake when I noticed the additional charge on my receipt and requested she take a second look at the gas gauge. But that being said, I don't even know if she DID correct the charge because in my bank account I have a pending transaction of $30.43 which makes no sense because I paid $25 cash and the largest, incorrect bill was only slightly over $40 to begin with.

The server has bad service. She seems unhappy when I came in to pick up the truck. She don't have patient to me and my friends. She is incompetent to this job.

I have used this location about a dozen times in the last 4 years. The service is extremely slow at the counter every time. Last time I had to pay with cash because they could not get online to take my CC. This time I used the app to do the self-checkout, but I still had to wait in line to get my key once it was all said and done. I would have preferred that the key was available for me in a lockbox so I could have grabbed it with a code and left.

Refused a refund on my unused boxes. Paid for 12, staff only put 8 in van. When i came to return the truck, management chose to serve multiple customers who came after me. Absolutely disgusted.

Employee told me location does not accept 1 way drops. I explained I called the day before and she said that was impossible because she was the only one that works there. I argued then she said the lot was full. I suggested we call the Uhaul main office and suddenly 1 way drops were ok.

The only thing that can be improved upon is the outside of the truck could have used a washing. The windshield was so dirty, I could bare see out of it. The inside was very clean. And the staff was helpful and friendly.

This location was not the primary issue. It was the Uhaul infrastructure, systems, and call center that made this a mess. My reservation got changed without notice, storage unit of the proper size was not available, I was charged for returning late when I returned on time. Disaster.

website let me book afterhours pickup + dropoff which is not available at this location. I was able to make the early pickup, but was notified only 45 minutes before they closed. Trash from previous renters still in vehicle. Called location 3 times for info, phone rang and rang and rang, no voice mail or answer.

Body work on the truck was repaid with clear packing tap- not very friendly, we drove 10.2 miles and were charged 30.00 for gas there was no way to determine how much gas to replace.

I was told 7pm drop off. My text from uhual says 7. Place closes at 6 so my car was locked inside uhual and I was unable to return truck. I then was forced to drive the truck around town sun night and mon morning for work which costs per mile

Tow service was 40 minutes late, so now I'll be late for work. Also I didn't receive the dolly I ordered, and I was completely unaware that I had to fill the truck with gas.

Very very very poor customer service!!! Vehicle was not in good condition. Full of scratches and dents. I have encountered the worst customer service with this location. Amanda, I believe her name was, was externally rude and very unhelpful. I picked up the truck on Friday morning for only a few hours to use. Amanda offered me to leave my car at the location. Usually U-haul locations don't allow this, so once she offered it I said yeah why not. What she didn't mention to me and sneakily did was make me sign a document saying that the location closes at 5:30!?!? And the gate will be closed so I won't be able to eat my car out of their parking lot. (Who closes that early?! Especially when the reservation shows I need the car for at least 10 hours). She made it a point to offer me to leave my car there and made it a point not to mention what time they will be closing. I say this because of her extreamly rude attitude the next morning when I came back to return the car- she said "you should have read what you sign first". Very unprofessional! I had an important meeting Saturday early morning, so I could not return the truck until later in the afternoon and as a result I was charged one extra day. Friday night I have been calling and speaking to u-haul over the phone trying to resolve he issue and return the truck and get my car out but there was no luck and no hope with this location. I've never been so dissatisfied with service in one location. Would never rent from them again! I am going to disputed the charges on my card as I find it unfair to have this service for an extra day that was not my fault.
