The representative at the pickup location was very helpful and assisted me with understanding the shifting system as well as getting the vehicle out of a tight parking space, I was very grateful for that. The only minor complaint I have is that the back of the trailer had a lot of dirt and dust on the floor which I had to personally sweep out before being able to place my items in the trailer prior to moving.

The truck that I rented needed an oil change and the warning light was displayed the entire time I drove (50) miles. It made me feel like it was unsafe to drive it. The truck was very dirty inside cigarette smoke and dirt everywhere. I could not see out of the front window and when I tried to clean it, I could not get the window clean.

The owner of this establishment made a "mistake" on the mileage & later blamed it on us. He lied to us several times & also made physical threats which we recorded with our phone. He failed to correct his error or ever acknowledge any wrongdoing. Instead, he claimed we wasted his personal time & refused to show us previous records. We have still not been refunded. U-Haul is apparently siding with the owner's word against ours.

The transmission of the truck was bad..! A few times didn’t work properly. One time entering to frwy didn’t change gears.. I reported the problem to the person in charge. Other that that. Good service.

The driver side window of the van was broken and almost fell out. The inside and outside of the van was dirty. I got the van with less than 5/8 of a tank of gas and returned full. (and was not compensated despite having recipes.) I am very disappointed. I plan to use my social media accounts to inform my friends, students and colleagues, and discourage them from renting from your company.

When I returned the vehicles I rented two. Because the location that I went o did knothole my reservation I was forced to go to overland. They did not have the truck I reserved. Thus I had to rent two. Then when I returned them I was charged an extra day on each truck!! I even took phots and submitted them. But was still overcharged.

When I rented the truck online i was supposed to have a ramp available becuase I was delivering a heavy ping pong table. When I went to pick up the truck (which ai reserved at your National Blvd. location I was told that I had to go cross town to a different location. I was on a tight schedule and this screwed me up. The when I got to the other locatikon the truck I was given did not have a ramp. I ended up hurting my back because of this. Then when I returned the truck I had asked to pay cash and not use the credit card used for the reservation. The cashier had already charged my card. I even said to him when I rented the truck that I would be paying in cash. I wish U-Haul listened better to its' customers.

The self pick up option didn’t work. I requested a truck at 730 at this location which was confirmed online and when I arrived at the location I saw that the location didn’t open until 830. This caused chaos with my storage facilities that I was transferring my belongings to and caused a lot of drama because I was on a very tight schedule. The situation was resolved however I was 90 minutes behind schedule. Disappointed

Truck was is very poor condition. No after hours drop off. Customer service from corporate was awful. I’ll never use nor recommend Uhaul.

I have rented many trucks in my life and this was the worst experience I ever had. I will never use U haul again. I picked up on a Saturday afternoon and was then informed that there is no night drop off and they are closed on Sundays. I had to have the truck back first thing on Monday morning because they had another rental. I had to reschedule my whole Monday morning for them. I had to get help on Monday morning that cost me extra money. Then I was charged for roof damage that I didn't commit. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK the roof of the vehicle before you leave. It's not on the check out form you fill out to check the roof. I didn't check the roof and there was roof damage. I was charged over $400 for damage I had nothing to do with. There was a hole in the roof but the only way to see it was to sit inside the cargo area and roll down the door while you were inside. I never thought to check the roof with the roller door down before. Lesson learned. Also buy the insurance.
