Hard to find location plus very little direction on where to drop off trailer. Drop off location was on a hill which made it difficult to unhook trailer along with almost caused injury and damages

The Jack was missing from the trailer. That made me have to carry a floor jack in my truck to remove the trailer from my truck.

Zanchas was ok the woman who waited on me was very pleasent..however I didn't like having to drive 17 mi out of my way to pick up my uhaul ...but this had both I g to do with zanchas

The interior of windshield was extremely dirty. The center console was sticky. Trucks need to be cleaned between rentals.

I have rented a trailer twice from Zancha's & they are very helpful & courteous.

Routine maintenance and detailing, very clear that besides major things like oil change and damage, everything is left to customer. No complete inspection of all items or full detailing to clean all items. I do not blame thus location, just u-haul in general.

PROBLEM with reservation. Lovngton Haul dealer new but good, but 20 miles away from my original reserved UHaul. Reserved a large trailer in Decatur, (quoted $275). Was on the way there when they called to say they had my 10 foot truck ready ($750 and I didn't reserve a truck). Changed the reservation back over the phone. When I got there they said they fixed the reservation (now $180) and walked me out to a small trailer Said the large trailer (which I showed them and confirmed when I made the original reservation) was only available for in town rental. Manager finally found one in Lovington (now $325). Most frustrating reservation ever at the Decatur main location.
