Very good and well mainted location with ample parking for custmer parking also and top of it it's a gas station with mini restaurant inside so it's like a one stop shop with gas food drinks and snacks

The man did not have my reservation at all and made me wait a long time so he could help other customers. He could not run my credit card so had to call the Uhaul help desk 4 times and finally on the 4th time they just took my card number over the phone and ran if for him. I was late to moving because of all of this.

We did the online check in to "cut our wait time in half" like our email said. We were there well over an hour and the only reason we got the truck was because I called the 1-800 number while standing there. The rep at this location said the computer system was down and couldn't do anyhing, although he helped someone after us who left with a truck and handle another person who stopped in to complain she had returned her truck but uhaul kept calling her because this location didn't report the truck was checked in. Overall a very poor experience today. We got started on our hauling late and almost didn't make it to the dump before it closed. The truck itself was in really good condition but the checkout experience was awful.

Not sure why I answered yes. The young lady had ME go out and take a picture of the gas and mileage. Never took a look at the truck. Must be a generational thing, but had no problem returning it.

I had a terrible experience with your company, not this location but with the company in general. I requested a U Haul online, I was sent the confirmation with my self serve pick up location to my email. Once I got there the app told me that there was no equipment assigned to my reservation. I tried calling the 24 hour assistance line, to which I kept getting a voicemail. No one called me back. I then got in touch with U Haul customer service who let me know my reservation was at a completely different place. They told me they had no idea how this happened and the new app has been having glitches. This was beyond frustrating since I was on a time crunch to move. After going to the other location to pick up the truck I was then told it would be 99 cents per mile, but on the website it states 79 cents per mile. I was then told on weekends the rates are higher, which is not specified on the website. Overall, it was a completely frustrating experience.

Cab had 3 inches of dog hair, truck was dirty outside and in back. I asked for a broom while owner watched me sweep it out. They had only laptop which stopped working, they called uhaul help to b able to print my contract Had to add a trailer, after using a tester found out truck connection was bad. Ran from florida to south carolina w no brake lights or blinkers. Great job uhaul, i left half tank gas xtra i need some $ reimbursement for this shit show

I requested different pickup location, but due to truck availability was sent 15 miles away to pickup my rental. After arriving at the location 15 minutes ahead of my scheduled pickup time I ended up spending over an hour there going through the rental process. Apparently the person who normally handles the Uhaul rentals was out of town and the guy that was helping me wasn't very familiar with the process/system. First the card scanner wouldn't recognize my credit card, he figured out the problem only to have his computer start looping between the same 3-4 web pages over and over again. After about 45-50 minutes I took it upon myself to call corporate customer service for some help. The representative on the phone was able to enter my card information into the system and move forward with the rental process. However, as I was about to leave I checked the back of the truck for the 6 furniture pads, the furniture dolly, and the utility dolly I had reserved, none of which were there. The guy helping me gave me an appliance dolly and the one furniture pad he found in a back room of the gas station in attempts to satisfy my contract. While I understand that circumstances come up, and I don't blame the guy that was trying to help me, this was a serious inconvenience and caused me to be late meeting the people that were helping me move.

I ordered a truck at a 24-hour location. A few days before my move date I got a call stating the size I ordered was not going to be available. They sent me to another location which had my truck but the hand cart and the blankets we're not in the truck. When U Haul rescheduled my pickup location they did not set me up with the 24-hour drop-off. It was a hassle to finally get U-Haul to find a place for me. It was a very stressful and unpleasant experience. U-Haul should be certain to check the customer's request and be certain to match what the customer has ordered. I must say though the people at traffic were outstanding

Radio in original truck was not functioning at all. Location quickly resolved by giving me a different truck (same size) and credited my gas money for the truck returned. Very easy and customer service oriented. Great job!

The truck I was supposed to rent had a broken back door. It wouldn't shut. The owner had no idea how to transfer my name to a different truck. After 40 wasted minutes he handed me the keys to another truck and then charged me, even though I just gave him an estimate of how many miles I would be going. He's supposed to wait for me to bring the truck back and then charge me for the miles I actually went. He had no idea what he was doing. He told me to bring the truck back after hours but he has no drop box. I called Uhaul to get it all worked out. It was a nightmare.

I was assured they would have a 26 foot truck, they were not accurate or cared, I was saddled with an insufficient 20 footer, very inadequate. The attendant couldn't be more ineffective and inefficient, he's trying to do the transaction while helping other clients in the gas station. I will never be back there, not a good experience!

I picked up my uhaul and assuming it was in good mechanical condition Drove from Tampa 2 hours south in a 28 foot uhaul rental. When I get to my destination and shut the truck off, I had to jumpstart it to turn back on. Had to do this again the day I needed to return the rental, except the battery was so corroded it wouldn't jump. So here I am at the inconvience of uhauls upkeep on their trucks and the lady at the rental return is yelling at me like it's my fault the truck took an hour to fix and I'm not there to drop it off right after it's fixed. I had my movers waiting this whole time keep in mind. On top of that, the trucks front bushings were loose making the truck very difficult to drive. That's not even the worst part, the steering and brake fluid is leaking all over the brake lines and rest of truck. If that corrosion was enough it would break the brake lines and I would be on the interstate without brakes. So not only is the vehicle not working condition, it's not safe to drive! I have pics too. If that's not the worst part they charged me for being late and a cleaning fee after telling me they would not be extra charges! I'm 25 and will most likely move 100 more times and I'll never go to uhaul again. Just became a Penske fan.
