After getting to location the man had on knowledge of my scheduled pick up of the truck. Three different conformations were given over the phone from Uhaul before going to get the truck that it was all set up. Nothing had been sent to him from Uhaul showing I was to pick up the truck. HE HAD NO INFORMATION ON ME. He rented me the truck anyway. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN. It was messed up from beginning to end.

I reseved The auto transport atbthe college station location and they were awesome but had no car haulers .. the closest was Madisonville ...so we reserved it and went to pick it up ..after almost two hours trying to contact the store owner so we could pick up the trailer he showed up ... there was a guy there who was just another customer who said he never works except maybe thurdays .... that customer stated the owner just says come get a trailer when u need it and bring it back when your done ....after the owner finally showed up we paid and he said your trailer is out back you know how to hook it up ? I said Yes and we went and and loaded it up and drove off....it seemed of we were a major inconvenience to the owner of this U-Haul ... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE we spent 250.00 on a trailer and were treated terrible at this location ...

No one came out to check me in. I unhooked myself and looked for someone to check me in. I was told he was busy and just leave they would check it in later that day.... they never did and I got message I was overdue.... not a good experience at all

Pickup was a Disaster. Check in with Uhaul was a Joke . Extra Hidden Charges were Unbelievable $35.03 Taxes and $23.56 For the use of my Credit Card are Unbelievable ! I picked the truck up . And a $1.00 Extra Environmental Fee is Ridiculous after all the Extra Charges . On top of everything your Vendor Never showed up when he was suppose to at 9:00 !

no one is hardly ever at this location. how does he do business for U-HAUL? would drive a hundred miles out of the way, rather than use this location ( actually did drive out of the way in July for a piece of equipment,waited for an hour and no-one showed to rent equipment)

I do not have a problem with this location. They were very helpful. My problem is with the uhaul website that confirms my reservation and then changes it to a town 40 miles away. Not sure if I will use uhaul in the future.

Their hours are posted and I dropped the truck off during those hours. The “open” sign was illuminated but no one was there. Instead, there were printed signs everywhere telling the customers where to park the truck - etc. I just feel like someone should be there so the customer can be sure the truck was checked in at the appropriate time. I’m happy to know that they had it checked in at the proper time so I wouldn’t get charged additional fees, but I’m assuming it sat there awhile because I didn’t get an email regarding my uhaul check in for a few days.

Owner was one hour late in opening. After paperwork was done he disappeared. My wife and I had to clean up the unit and load it onto the truck by ourselves. Not happy.

The sales representative at Xtreme Auto was attentive and thorough. He immediately noticed that our contract--which we could not receive until we had paid--was not itemized and that it contained an incorrect fuel reading. He then made the mistake of calling the corporate office to correct the problem. Not only did the corporate office keep the sales representative on the phone for an hour, but she was rude to both him and to us. We did not know what charges were made, nor did we know what they cost, but the representative yelled at us repeatedly to just "add up the costs," an impossible feat considering the contract did not list any charges. Our representative, again, explained there were no charges listed, but the corporate representative continued to insist the error was his fault, and she berated him even as we listened. Eventually, the corporate representative sent us copies of the two incorrect contracts we already had in our possession and considered the matter resolved. Our sales associate, after an hour of dealing with this corporate representative, was clearly frustrated and angry, but he maintained his composure even though the corporate representative he was put into contact with did not. She was condescending and rude, and she made no efforts to listen to our sales representative to resolve the obvious errors in our contract. In the end, our sales representative urged us to contact customer service to receive a single, corrected contract, and I immediately attempted to do just that. After being put on hold for 20 minutes, I sent an email to customer service with my request for a correct contract. It has been three days since I sent that email, and I have still not received a response from UHaul customer service.
