At first this location have been selected and I received a message to contact customer services which I have tried several times since the Saturday April 29th, and there were no answer all the Time. Finally on May 4th, i was able to speak with someone that resolved my problem after waiting on the Line about 60 minutes early in the morning. But this was very bad since previous locations were easy.

I paid for multiple items that were NOT in the truck when I showed up for pickup... still waiting for a REFUND reply from the company. The location spot had NONE of my items either after I pointed out to the manager that the sound blankets, buggy and trolley were all missing in action. ?????
Erik G.The location of our reservation is no longer a UHaul facility. Fortunately, the gentleman at the store was incredibly helpful and actually contacted the closest UHaul place and had them deliver our truck to their location anyway. It was above and beyond and we really appreciated it. The website should be modified or you'll have a lot more folks going to the wrong place and they won't be happy!
