Chains definitely weren't long enough to reach to the other side to make sure the chain would be tight under the vehicle part where ratchet goes into didn't work properly had to spray it down with wd 40 just to get it to move and stop getting caught up and I would say price is also a bit much just to rent one when loading a car should be easy once it's on the trailer but the equipment not being in the best shape makes the process longer
