When I went to drop off, I showed up 30 minutes before by deadline to have it by, but there was no one at the desk to help me check out. Luckily I was able to use the app to check out, but the app is a little spotty, when taking pictures of the vehicle to confirm it’s cleanliness and condition, all the pictures were deleted when it was trying to load, so I had to start over. What should have been maybe a 5 minute process turned into a 25 minute process
