Joseph Y.My truck either had no windshield wiper fluid, or the sprayers were frozen shut. I had a very scary drive from Mansfield to Cleveland with no way to clean my windshield.
Arielle C.It was not the place that we picked it up. I live in Galion and had to drive clear to Mansfield. Once again to get a truck now I spent more on mileage than I did on the actual truck. This is absolutely ridiculous that there was another dealer just right up the street from the one we picked up that had at least at least 10 to 15 local trucks sitting there not doing anything yet you could not transfer one of them over to Galion so I wouldn't have the extra 30 Mile that I had to pay for I will consider a different place for my moving experience if I decide to move again
