The personnel at the Mansfield location shows me a nice unit but made me take a piece of shit unit , after I had already paid, I voiced my concerns to them and the did not care about me at all, it was the old bait and switch tactic !!! Also none of the night time running lights worked and the whole unit inside and out was filthy dirty, I would not ever send anyone to that location ever again, also I tried to call in and report this 2 times, I waited on hold both times for around 10 to 15 minutes and no one ever even picked up!!!
I've rented from here before, Logan and Haley are the best. Very customer centered!!!

Ratchet strap was broken right side not able to use and was in store to pay fees and was waiting on person talking on phone was uncomfortable waiting standing there

The moving company I hired thru movinghelp.com thru UHaul, FHL Moving Faith, Hope, Love damaged so much wooden furniture from dropping it. They drug wooden furniture across the concrete. They dropped heavy boxes onto other boxes. Movers told me the company would take care of the damages. The company blamed everything on me and stated the conditions were unsafe causing the mover to go to the hospital. The mover fell on dry concrete when he dropped my furniture. Horrible company. They offered me $60. Two huge quality dresser and one armoire ruined.
Truck had loads of scratches and dents, although most of them were marked, its best to double / triple check for any damages before you grab the truck. Overall, had a great experience, first time driving a truck (rented a 20 footer) and it was easy enough.

Kayla was so helpful with my first time using uhaul she made sure I was completely happy before I even left the building. This made the whole process a lot less stressful for me and helped bring my day up. Will deffinently be a customer for life due to her patience.
When I returned the truck in Mansfield, Oh, no one came out to inspect the truck. I was told to just hand the keys to the girl in the office and that I would receive a receipt by email. When I got home, I received a phone call from the girl that I had given the keys to. She said that I had put 520 extra miles on the truck than what I actually had. I disputed her charge and had her check the mileage, which I had noted before returning the truck. When she returned to the call, she said that I was correct and had not added an extra 520 miles, but that her computer had "glitched". The issue was resolved, but had I not written the mileage down at pick up and return, I would have been charged double. Not acceptable especially for someone who totally relies on UHAUL to be correct and doesn't double check.
I mean there was a lot of hidden fees, which I guess is to be expected, but the lady was very rude and overall uninterested in helping us

The young lady in the store eat very helpful. The self pickup via App did not work and the truck was in the middle of a bunch of other trucks so it couldn't be picked up. The associate inside was helpful
Improve customer service the lady that i returned the truck to was extremely rude and i dont thibk they should roll their eyes and huff n puff ablout giving a deposit back!
I rented this truck to pick up 200 food boxes and was blessed that Logan (the store manager) and Hayley (the store worker) worked out a great deal for me...it had me crying. Thank God for U-Haul and people like Logan and Hayley....they are the best. U-Haul worked with me to serve a total of 600 food boxes to the community in Mansfield Ohio. God Bless You!!!!
The people that work there are very nice and helpful. I would not hesitate to go back there again.
We did not use dolly or pads, did not even touch them to brake the seal yet we were charged for them. The people at the location need to do a better check in procedure. I called and response was a new girl was working and probably didn't check, I have to wait 7 days for them to reimburse my account, all they had to do was remove it off my credit card immediately. Paying is upfront but when you owe back it takes 7 days.....not so good! Hope I don't have to do this again. Thank goodness I look at my receipts!
The no contact option worked well. Customers just need to be prepared to follow a lot of steps at pick up and return, such as taking photos of drivers license and the truck. Otherwise, it went very smoothly.
Our experience and rental from the Mansfield facility was excellent, customer service was excellent could not have asked for anything more.
