Murad B.My truck broke down on the last day, and it took three hours to get it repaired. It stalled and broke down in a way that blocked traffic and blocked me from picking up my vehicle from the mechanic shop. I pleaded with Heather to have it towed in the name of safety, but she insisted that protocol should be followed first. Your truck blocked traffic and blocked me from working that day, because it was in the way. I lost hundreds of dollars in business, and people had to direct traffic around your truck, all because Heather wouldn't send a tow truck to have your broken down truck moved out of everyone's way. I couldn't be more disappointed. Knapp Sisters Storage credited me 40.00, which I appreciated. UHAUL should have- and could have- handled this much better. I deserve more of a refund than 40.00.
