Apart of rate $19.99 for hour , the concerned Manager charged $ 50 just for half or 3 miles travelled. Im totally disappointed from your this kind of services or never recommend anyone for taking your services Thanks for taking valuable feedback

This guy was so kind and visibly happy to help me return my vehicle. He was the best part of my uhaul experience as far as customer service.
The lady didn't seem like she wanted to help me. When I reserved the truck online it didn't say that I had to pick up the key in the lock box. and when I asked the lady for the key she said it was in the lockbox but couldn't help me get it and I had no idea how to get it out . when I called U-Haul they said I need to download an app which I had no idea was a requirement it was only an option when I reserve the vehicle online . it took me over an hour to download the app which never worked to create an account online and call three different customer service representatives to help me get the key code. The overall process took way longer then I had expected it to and I'm very disappointed in that matter. I didn't have the time to spend trying to figure out how to download the app login create account and then get the key out of the lock box. it would have been nice to know ahead of time that that was the only way for me to be able to get the key when I ordered the vehicle as I had options and I chose to get this information completed at the desk and the lady did not want to help me with that.
Took me over an hour to just pick up a uhaul that was already booked and scheduled. Super slow service. No one walked me out to walk off the vehicle or help with anything.
Ensure the vehicle is clean. When I picked up the van, the front of the vehicle was full of bug strikes. Also, the interior floors were dirty as well as the rear of the vehicle. I attempted to take pictures of the areas of concern, however, the phone application phone settings only allowed a rear facing picture option.
This location is superior to the U-Haul facility located at Hwy 99 and Main Street in staff support.
Understanding that it is not the locations fault, but the pickup location changed the night before scheduled pickup and at the revised pickup location the truck was 5 hours late and the furniture pads were not available and had to go to another location to pick them up. Truck had been reserved for more than a month
limited hours, closing at 1:30 pm on Sunday cost me an extra day of rental from this location, that I was not made aware of until pick-up (too late for me to make other plans). Unattended drop off Sunday afternoon (key code to the gate) would be nice. Also, during pickup the single attendant at this location was at a late lunch (and I waited 20 min.). I would have preferred to know these hours ahead of time.
The location is difficult to find. The service is slow because the operators are too often off doing something else.
Filled out the option â€œmobile pick up onlineâ€ to try to save time for myself. This was a huge mistake because none of my information that was entered was loading on U-Hauls end. The information was all mixed up and it seemed like I had to repeat all the steps that I had already completed. After a few minutes I had to upload my Id on a link they sent to my phone. After I submitted it they weren't receiving on their end. I tried to suggest that we just start over because this was just wasting our time but the associate working didn't listen. After another few minutes we finally had to just do the old fashioned way of having the license photocopied. By this time I had almost been there for 25 minutes and she proceeds to tell me that I need to have the truck back in an hour and a half which should be fine but definitely puts some Stress on me to hurry. Once I receive the keys and look over the truck there are more than visible dents and Scratches all over her vehicle that hasn't been marked with their stickers. Since I'm not going to be held accountable for it I have to bring her out to mark them and now I have exactly an hour to come back before they are closed. This was definitely a frustrating experience and lots of time wasted. Luckily it was on a slow evening during the week and I was able to spare some time before they closed.
So I rented a pick up and a trailer which I had to pick up a 2 different locations fine no big deal. But when I got to the second location to pick up the trailer the truck didnt have trailer light hook up so my husband had to stay until it was hooked up which set us a day behind. Now rewind to Friday when I reserved both. I told them I was going to need the equipment and truck until at least Monday. They never put it in the paperwork, not my fault right. So the women calls me while I'm at work on Sunday and said to me the truck is late you need to bring it back now ai have a customer waiting. I explained to her that I reserved it for the weekend and she smart mouthed back to me well it dont say that in the papers. Told her that wasnt my fault. So I told her I was at work and couldn't argue with her to call my husband whom has the truck she said fine. Never called. I emailed and told them I would have truck until Tuesday I'm now out over 500 dollars for all kinds of charges. And an experience I will never like to have again. I have never had this problem before. I will never use uhaul again. I wouldnt even recommend them to the pope

Our reservation was switched to this location. This happened to us twice within 2 days. I had made both reservations for a different location. Not happy about the switch. We will not be using uhaul or recommending them in the future.
Nothing the service I received was awesome! The manager working there is very friendly and I will be definerty using this location again.
Slow return process.
I moved the trailer out of parking area and installed trailer myself on vehicle. This location was 1 hour further from my house than reserved location . We called hail to verify p/u local to be told one hour later and 2+ hours extra driving. Delayed start of trip one day!
Have the cab clean and make sure all damage is noted.
Perhaps the business phone should be a cell phone. When Deborah left the office to go out on the storage area, we waited about 15 minutes for her to return. While I realize she is busy, it would have been nice to let her know we returned early & only put less than 6 miles on the new truck. We also wanted to let her know we had to park it in a different place than what she instructed. Because we waited, & waited for her to return, she became frustraited when we she found out the truck was park a ways down the street. Had she known we had been waiting there, perhaps she wouldn't have been so frustraited. I understand a person does not want more work at the end of their shift. I felt badly for her.
