The only issue on cleanliness of the unit was that the cup holders had some type of clear liquid in them. So I didn't feel comfortable using them. The online service when I was trying to return the unit late at night was very difficult to get online, then it keep saying there was an error when submitted.

The dolly/hand truck I reserved was not on the truck. We were told one was not available at this location and that we would have to drive to another store to get one. I believe the contract said we were to receive a partial refund if all equipment was not on site. No compensation was offered, nor was the proprietor apologetic.
