U-Haul really needs to be careful of who they let represent their company because everybody does not know how to access and use U-Haul system which causes frustration for the customers. I gotp

They did not know what they were doing. It wad the most unprofessional unorganized experience i have ever had. I thought equipment was in truck. It was not. Had to return to location to get but then all the equipment was not there. They did not get me to sign anything. Just handed me the keys. I questioned this but he said my conversation with uhaul rep over phone took care of that. Then he must have changed my drop off location which i had originally set as Martinez, Ga which caused another 40 min on the phone. He went over no detail of the truck with with including whether there was any previous damage. I assure you the truck wad returned in the shape given to me. Moving is stressful enough, without the additional angious caused by this crazy man. Please let me know if you have any questions. I definitively would not let them represent me so you should do the same.

New employee did not know how to check equipment in. I was told there was no room to drop off. Talked to Tanya in customer service she was a big help.

The man at the store had to communicate with another person on the phone in their native language to be able to complete my transaction. I had already paid and it took an hour to be able to get my truck! I was so unhappy. I was told if I paid in advance I would cut my time in half and get my truck faster. He was not competent about the Uhaul system.

I reserved a truck ahead of time at a different location using the self check in option as I was arriving before typical business hours. Upon arriving to this location I followed the email link to get access to the truck. I was given an error message stating an equipment was not assigned to my reservation with a 24 hr number to call. I called the number multiple times and never received a call back or any help at all. Because of this I called the Powder Springs location to see if anything was available. The guy at this location was extremely helpful. He turned a terrible customer service experience into an overall good one.

Fine experience with pick-up, but terrible experience dropping off the rental. Ben could not find the correct contract, stuck there for over 30 minutes while he said the computer showed a difference of over 60,000 miles (and $20,000+) for our two hour rental! Finally had to leave without a real receipt and he tried to make us come back in person the next day (40 minutes from house) to resolve the paperwork. 1-800 number could not help! Sub-par customer service in person, with 1-800 number, and with local manager Sheldon.
