I hope to never have to rent again. Worse company I've ever dealt with.

I wrote the following e-mail after being charged $7.13 for fuel surcharge. The e-mail provided on the receipt does not work. Good Evening, I am writing to inquire about the fuel surcharge I received. I was informed that the fuel for the truck was full upon receiving the paperwork and noted that the F mark was indicated on the receipt. Upon driving the truck, the fuel gauge was actually not at the F position but right exactly as I have filled it up, a little space just shy of the full mark. I do not have pictures to document my claim but I would not be writing this e-mail if that was not the case. If I can describe the fuel level via words it would be in this order: E, a little space, gray area that indicated 1/8,1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 7/8, a little space and then F. The actual fuel that the gauge indicated when I drove off with the truck was at the little space between 7/8 and F, hence that's where I top off the fuel. I understand that might have given the person who checked out the truck the impression that the fuel level was full since the gauge indicated was past the gray area and just shy of the F mark. I would appreciate if you could please consider crediting me the charge of $7.13 as I would not have intentionally return the truck at that level when I could have easily topped it off. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, Chin Chieh (Jason) Chiu

Easy to return the truck. But finding the "Drop Box" was hard to find. Need bigger signs.
