Don't ever send anyone to the pony express location because the man there was very rude and unprofessional and on top of that he was going to change for me to hook up the trailer. The gentleman at macs was awesome and very helpful. I would definitely use him again. Thank you very much.

I was charged for 3 dozen moving pads, I did not receive them. I call U-Haul and nobody answers. I have tried live chat and nobody reply's. This comment is not for the location but for the ridiculous service I received Because I used the App. The uhaul app sucks.
