I reserved a dolly & furniture dolly and neither were available at that location when we arrived.. I think that if a location does not have items when you place reservation make then unavailable to choose on the website. So that when a person arrives you are not met with the fact that the item that you need during your move is not available. The gm and representative were both friendly and very helpful.
