The rep needs to improve customer service skills with interacting with people, after I brought the truck back with the same gas she called me to tell me there will be a 27 dollar charge for gas , or I can come back and put more gas or dispute the charges . I advised I took before and after pics and brought the truck the same way. I called customer service for uhaul and right away the rep stated the pic that she uploaded after my drop off is correct to the gas that I was given and issued my refund 2 charges 30 and 27 not only 27 dollars like she said.
