Putting a hold on our account but not informing the customer until they rent again is unacceptable customer service. This ruined our day. Wont use Uhaul again.

Robert Kennedy S.I received an extremely dirty truck. The inside of the box was covered in wet mud and cement powder. I had to work very hard to clean it with water and scrubbing brooms, it was unusable before that. I couldn't believe it. I sent you photos on an earlier text.
