There wasn’t anybody there to return my equipment. They had a paper sign on the door saying they were closed on Tuesday when they were supposed to be open. I called corporate and they confirmed it was an unscheduled closing.

The trailer floor needed to be swept and mopped as was dirty. Otherwise the experience went well and quickly with very friendly service. (I had filled out info on line) Trailer was in excellent mechanical condition.

This location is horrible. This was supposed to be my pick up and drop off location. When we went to pick up, not only was my trailer not there, but there was no one there working (middle of the day on a Tuesday). This was all after I got a confirmation call. I was mad. They refused to take my calls or call me back to remedy the situation. Upon drop off, they didn’t check in my trailer in a timely fashion and, again, didn’t answer my calls or return my calls. This was the worst customer service I have ever gotten. They shouldn’t be allowed to do rentals because they’re clearly incapable of providing a high quality or quality experience for customers.

Dropped off after hours. BIG problem because U-Haul.com dashboard didn’t have a rental return option for this location, and took OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF to reach someone at the U-Haul 800 number. Lucky we didn’t have an emergency. No problem with the drop off location but big problem with terrible U-Haul customer service. Person hung up on us once and wasn’t even polite when we finally got through.

Not really, the yard-driveway was a mess. Lots of junk, mud. Inside the office could be cute but lots of unnecessary items laying around. Personnel was friendly.

The address wasn’t even right for drop off. I went over miles and spent valuable time during my moving process. I also couldn’t get ahold of ANYONE once again on the 800 number. The only way to get ahold of Uhaul at ANY time was via twitter. I will NEVER rent from UHAUL again.

I do not feel my complaint is applicable to this location. We did pick up the rental from here after a nightmare occurrence in Eau Claire. We had reserved a truck on line more than 10 days in advance to move our college graduate. Received a confirmation of our rental and it stated that a representative would contact us for location. The day before were still had not heard from anyone, so we called. Confirmation was made for 10 am (even though we wanted earlier and they opened at 8) at Eau Claire N Hastings Way location. We showed up 15 mins early to wait in a long line and eventually find out a truck was not assigned to us. There were about 8 customers behind us waiting, so after 10 mins of calling and no answers, we asked them to just call us when the truck was ready so we could finish checking out of her apartment. Two hours later, no call yet. We returned to the rental place to find out we did not have a truck! Very frustrating since we are from out of state and were ready to pack a truck. After making a couple of phone calls, they found a truck 30 miles away at a location that was not open, however we could drive and self-dispatch to get it. What other option did we have? None. So we drove 30 miles, found the truck, only to be delayed another 20 mins entering all our info in online to get the key. The website just kept starting over. (We will take blame for not being tech savvy, however it should be user friendly) we had to call for assistance and Phil was amazing! Got the truck, drove back 30 miles to load it up. Finally got on the road 5 hours later then scheduled! We were able to get the truck unloaded and returned on time. We were only moving her 2 hours away. However, we then had another 3 hour drive home arriving in the middle of the night, with a van packed still. Because of U-hauls debacle, I am now missing a day of work to unload, making up for the 5 hours of lost time! I feel bad for the rental location workers. They were as helpful as they could be. As big of a company as U-haul is, I would think you would have a better reservation and scheduling program. Especially in college towns on move out days. Remember, this was not a last minute reservation. If a truck was not going to be available, I wish we would have been told, then we could of made other arrangements. We have another move in 2 weeks and are on the fence as to whether we should trust U-haul again or not. I haven’t even looked at what I was charged yet. Just wanted to get home. After reading other reviews, it’s probably a good idea. We too had an issue with the gas. It was not completely full, but we filled it completely full. Wonderful now did I over pay?

Cab of truck had a sticky liquid spilled on the dashboard. Cab had a bad odor. Check in was very quick and smooth.

Website and listings stated the place would be open on the day of pick-up and no one was there. Even signed and checked online days before. Was on the phone with customer care who told me they should be open and the that owner just wanted them to do his job. Had request a dolly and mats for the move as well and neither were there. Owner never apologized and told me key was in truck and just call customer care. Was never informed from owner about the drop off options since i was moving states. Overall was on phone with customer care reps for an hour trying to get everything situated and they helped me best they could.
