Customer service training is needed. Also staff need to read contracts and make sure trucks have proper equipment that is ordered, especially for after hour pick-up

SHAUN MI arrived just after 7 pm on the 30th of November, 2021. The store was supposed to be open until 8 pm. But the worker had closed early and left. The gate was locked and I was not able to park the truck in the lot. I had to park the truck on the street. Not only this, there was no key drop box on the premises. I will have to return tomorrow, on the 1st of December, 2021, in order to return the truck key. I wish the store worker would have stayed until 8 pm as advertised and the lot would have been open to park the truck in a safe location.
