The person and interaction was fabulous. The equipment was like wise in great condition and functioned perfectly. The only issue with this Dealer was the location and condition of the Miami roads traveled to get to it.

I was renting a van and the agent was very aggressive in his attempt to sell me $11 insurance despite my having informed him that I called my insurance company and that class of vehicle would be covered. I would be okay with that because he has to attempt to up-sell me as part of his job but the man was otherwise pleasant and helpful with parking. I always take a screenshot of the odometer before my trip. When I returned the vehicle, the agent prepared my invoice and told me it would be emailed to me. When I got home and opened the email, I noticed he had charged me for more than double the miles I had driven. I tried calling the store - no response, all emails to the store address on the receipt bounced back. It is upsetting to have to chase down Uhaul for a refund for their own mistake. Very poor customer service on the back end, dishonest billing, no follow-up of complaint a week later...that's what gets a poor review.

Surprisingly bad customer service, my truck brokedown and i had to wait almost 2hours for help. Then u-haul tells me as a courtesy they wont charge me a late fee. Huh. Seriously!? I recently found out home depot also rents out trucks and vans. I will be using them from now on.

They tried to charge me 10 extra miles, I do have pictures proving them wrong and still called me a lair! Insurance was charged even I denied it... I received my invoice with wrong Millage In (46849), I'm already sorry for next customer because I returned vehicle with 46859 (10 miles less...). It looks to me like this their Modus Operandum to make 10 extra dollars with every customer. I'll be more than happy to send you odometer picture.

First of all the location is in a really bad neighborhood amongst so many delinquent and crackheads in the parking lot is a block away from the office. Then I would took the truck and I was given a call by the owner telling me that they were some kind of a problem with my account and that I have to return the truck after I had already loaded the truck with my things and he refused to call U-Haul and figure out the problem for himself. He then said that he would call the cops because they was a problem with my account instead of acknowledging his mistake of giving me the truck with it being an issue which the issue was taken care of in two minutes by myself he was extremely rude and told me over and over again that he was gonna call the cops and have me arrested when I return the truck I confronted him about him and he continue to argue with me this is the worst customer service
