People at this location dont have any idea of what they doing they charged me for 2 days when i only used the truck for less than 24 hours plus they charged me the two wheels twice when supposedly it was already included in the truck 1 hour exact to finish mi contract waiting at this place thank you for such an amazing service!

Rated poor because of the story I am about to tell you, if I could rate lower, I would. Said no to equipment clean and well maintained because it was dirty and check engine light/change oil light was on which probably shouldn't be. And I'm going to tell all of my friends never to use uhaul ever again unless their customer service can help me get my money back that was stolen from me by uhaul. So here is what happened.. After going to one location that didn't have my truck available after I made my reservation they redirected me to this one by the airport and I had the worst experience of my life. From threats to overcharging me and being completely disrespectful. I'll start from the beginning. I rented my uhaul at the airport location at 3pm. I was speaking to the lady that checked me in and gave me the keys. I had a request to leave the uhaul there overnight because I didn't have room for it at my house, she said sure, not a problem, so I didn't think anything of it. I had a long work day and didn't get back until 5am to park the uhaul. I parked the car at the location and then started receiving phone calls that woke me up at 10:30am. "The owner" threatened that if I didn't make it to the location in 30 minutes to move the uhaul that he would charge me $500. Keep in mind I live 50 minutes away from that location. Needless to say I woke up very quickly, got ready and put on a shirt and shoes without even having breakfast and I was on my way. I got to the location at around 11:30am and first thing I told the gentleman was that I was sorry and I was told that I could park there overnight. He didn't even hear me out and started saying "I'm the owner of this uhaul and that's never allowed, sorry isn't enough". I calmly said "this is what I was told, I'll go ahead and finish my rental". He said very angrily that I had to pay him $350 or that uhaul would charge me $500. I don't have that kind of money, hence why I was working with uhaul to make some extra cash as I have done in the past. I told him that and he didn't care. I just went ahead and took the uhaul to finish my job. When I get back to return the uhaul the lady asks me for my card to finish my reservation. She didn't open her mouth once after that and then I look over on the screen and see the total is $280 for a $60 uhaul. $200 cleaning fee and $14 cleaning tax were applied. I instantly took my card out of her hand but apparently it was too late. I checked my bank and the full transaction was pending. I cleaned the uhaul entirely before giving it back to them so the cleaning fees are completely bogus fees because apparently "the owner" was so irate he just told his other employee to tack on the charge without my consent. I was never given a receipt or anything. I am still in shock that this happened and honestly if this is how your operators act I am never going to use uhaul again in my life. I would really like the cleaning fees removed and credited back on to my account please. This is cra

Rental was supposed to be for a one way to Myrtle Beach South Carolina and they put it down for a local rental and the paperwork also is stating the wrong dolly information

I arrived 30 minutes late to return the truck because I was stock in traffic and the company charged me another full day plus an extra 14 dollars for insurance that's not right I won't rent with U-Haul again. The location was fine.

Your service portal was too difficult for my attendants to comprehend. They charged me $30 of gas and $30 to put gas on my 6 mile commute. They logged the car with more gas than I actually received it with and didn't have any boxes available. Awful.

The location was great, as well as the location staff (Sunoco Gas Station) very very professional and helpful. However, the vehicle itself was poorly maintained. When I left the location there was a CHANGE OIL displayed for the duration of the rental on the dash. I could not even tell how may miles I had driven because of the warning. Also the back was dirty with small styrofoam pieces everywhere. At night I realized that lights where out in the rear, very glad that I didn't get a ticket. Again, this is for the vehicle and whoever manages it, the staff at Sunoco were great.
