1. Provide your software in Spanish. The employee didn't read English and had to call a friend to navigate through your app. This translated into 45 minutes waiting time for me. In Miami 70% of people use Spanish as their first language. 2. Make sure your locations have someone to actually do the work. At this gas station there was only one person working and he couldn't leave the cashier since customers kept coming in. This translated into another 30 min waiting time when I returned the van. All in all I spent more time waiting than using the van. Very disappointing experience. Also, the van that I received had just been returned by a customer and was not clean. Worst was the smell (I had a talk with the prior customer while waiting and he had transported garbage to a landfill). Nice people though. They tried their best to manage.

trucks were in beat up condition, 126k miles, considering todays time, it was perfect for one day rental, but i wouldnt feel safe taking that truck across the state or anywhere else other than local.

review contract terms before closing it, as Insurance was waived by me, but still charged in the contract. I had to call U-Haul for refund.

I was disappointed when the reservation for pickup did not go as planned. I waited 30 minutes past the pickup time with no clear indication when the truck would be available for pickup. I was told that once it was returned I would be contacted. A little over an hour I was contacted and told it was ready. This was frustrating to coordinate the second pickup time. The return of the truck went much smoother and was turned in very much ahead of time.

The rental paper work was done efficiently the person handling the rental did a good job. The truck was filthy top to bottom. Cab had not been cleaned it had spills all over the doors floor and seats disgusting. the handle on the window drivers side came off in my hand when I rolled down the window. The rear part of the truck was dirty and full of pasta and debris from the last rental no offer from the rental agent to clean it out. He was by himself at the gas station and couldn't take time to do it. I took the truck any way cause i had no other option.Will not rent there again.

The only issue I had related to the fuel. I had rented the same truck two days before, drove 11 miles and topped up $2 to reach the 1/4 tank. This time I drove 14 miles, and needed to top up by $14.! Both trips carried the same weight and I drove on avg 35 miles tops on both days. ??? Clearly the fuel gauge was faulty and I felt ripped off due to its inaccuracy. Otherwise, everything was great.

The attendant was outstanding and friendly. However, the cargo van was disgusting inside the cabin. Food crumbs, dirt mixed sweat stains decorated the inside of the cabin. Wear and tear is expected, but this vehicle clearly had not been cleaned in a very long time. Additionally, there were two engine warning lights glowing at me from the dash. My trip was only 13 miles so I really didn't mind given the non-availability of U-Haul's in South Miami on Sunday morning. However, If I had planned on traveling any significant distance I would have cancelled my reservation. I mean, at least vacuum the vehicle if nothing else.

The customer service agent was extremely rude. She refused to allow me edit the transaction when i realized she was missing the 2 dollies that was included in my price. I rented the truck at 6pm for 4 hours. She said the truck was due at 830pm because she had to make sure she was home before 10pm. I believe she even charged me twice for the truck. She said she couldn’t give me a receipt and all I had to do was check my bank statement. I never felt more offended in my life by someone who supposed to be giving me service. I will never recommend uhaul or that location to anyone ever! She even told me if I leave my car on the property it will be towed. I asked her how could I drive my car and the truck at the same time. She just looked at me and said that’s not my problem the owner doesn’t want people parking here. Figure it out! I’m still angry about how she treated me it was completely unprofessional!

They didn't have furniture pads but still charged me $1.00, dolly was broken still charged me, and took a long time to find the keys when I got there.

Worst experience ever with uhual. The lady was extremely rude. She did not allow me to leave my car in the open spot nor near the uhual van I rented. She told me to park it at the mall down the street! Really? How was I going to get back? It was pouring rain and I had to move my car a block away to a company building. Crossed my fingers that I wouldn’t get towed. I had to walk/run back to the uhual in the pouring rain at 4pm on a Friday. She had no pitty and no customer service. Then she didn’t even give me the correct dolly I rented. I rented the padded dolly. She gave me a metal (broken) dolly to use. Again all in the pouring rain!!! Besides this review I will be calling uhual to complain some more. Do NOT rent from this location!

Truck was provided which stalled several times; upon check in I was charged for insurance which I did not request ; only one dolly 7$ provided when I ordered 2- manager provided 10$ dolly which was never used because no bulk furniture was used so took double time to move; weather stripppng around passenger door kept falling off( no straps provided in truck. Very horrible experience . Will never use uhaul again!
